Misleading information on the website

I ordered one of your Eucalyptus, Dives and Geranium washing up liquid and received it last week.
But when I checked the label on the bottle, there were more ingredients listed there than on the website, like surfactants and Phenoxyethanol, which according to your website it was free from.
I’m very disappointed as I thought I found a natural alternative free from nasties.
I had subscribed to receive it on a monthly basis but I have now cancelled it as I don’t want to buy a product which is different than the one listed on the website.
I’ve emailed them more than 2 weeks ago and haven’t received any reply yet.
Very bad customer service and misleading information on the website.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Contacted several times by message, email, phone, Facebook message and still no idea when my order will arrive, even though I placed it more than 2 months ago.
