One of the worst companies I've ever purchased from in my life. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and I know we're in a Pandemic, but it took weeks to arrive. One pair was the wrong magnification. I immediately went to the site to get a refund and they wanted me to pay for postage for THEIR mistake. I also received only a SINGLE communication saying they couldn't reply for 3-4 weeks. Thst was 2 months ago. Throw your money in a river before ordering from them.

Just like the other reviews. Absolutely garbage. Buy your glasses from anyone other than this company. Frames broke after one month. Contacted and no response. Left a bad review on Facebook about this and immediately got a response saying to check my account but nothing. Funny how they advertise on Facebook and received an answer. Don't bother.

Worst company in the world

Worst company in the world! Orders glasses, were not anything like I ordered, no one to contact if it is after Friday cannot even contact! Sent them back now almost one week later and no refund!!!! Time to contact credit card to dispute charge! Enough of this crappy company! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! 😠

Nice glasses 1st time ordering

Well I just received my very first order from readers.com today yes it took a long time but so does everything else right now so I was worried or concerned about that I expected it.
I ordered a pair of bifocals and I ordered a pair of full readers with the magnetic polarized lens everything was as ordered they seem to be decent quality so far happy happy!

Quality tanked-/big time

Used to love them but boy has the quality gone downhill. Dollar store kids’ glasses look better than the garbage I just received. I would be embarrassed to wear them out if the house, which means I can only use the bifocal sunglasses on my porch.

Ordered my items and got face masks (8 of them) instead of what I ordered.

Ordered my items which was more than half price here in the states. After six weeks got a notification from USPS stating item left in mailbox and looked, no item other than an obscured envelop with face mask. Didn't think much about it and filed a " Not received item" complaint with post office. Then it dawned on me that the item received that day was what READETA sent when I verified tracking number. I immediately filed dispute with my credit card company. I should of listened to my intuition of If it's too good to be true, IT IS! I guess when China sent face mask, they were being sarcastic.

Bad deal, bad customer response

I fell for an offer of some percent off for new customers. I picked out frames and ordered/paid. I waited and waited, despite blaming covid for delays, it didn't seem warranted to have to wait so long. I finally got the product and my partner thought I was joking because they looked like carnival glasses: cheap and ill-fitting. I contacted the company and got a fast response, offering me a chance to return them for refund or swap them out. I did not end up receiving anything after my response of "Yes, please" other than the return label. I returned my pair of glasses, and then received an email stating I had been refunded the cost of the glasses but not the cost of the "free" shipping. So for $2.95, I have no glasses nor any further response to my several emails to them. They send me at least one promotional email a day but cannot bother to reply to me to make good on their offer to me. I'm not impressed, and would not recommend using them. Too many better options.

Wrong strength and sloppy!

My readers arrived today, 6-27-20, I was disappointed to see the computer glasses were 2.25 instead of 2.50 like I ordered. I'm not going to waste my time sending them back, I threw them out. I should have bought them from Walmart to start with.

Horrible, sloppy shipping, Customer Service is WORSE

Used to love this company. I did. But now? They are using Covid to justify bad and sloppy service. I placed one order. Waited 2 WEEKS. Of the 5 pairs, 2 were the completely wrong strength. Unusable. Not even a case of misreading something. Just totally wrong. No review of the order. I have been trying for 2 weeks now to contact them. On hold 45 minutes and gave up. Multiple emails. I get having phones understaffed (not really because so many companies are doing it remotely). But there is zero excuse for emails. None. Meanwhile one of the pairs went discontinued so I got it. Paid for it! Guess what! It just got here and was....WRONG STRENGTH. So now I have 3 useless pairs. No customer service. I just filed with PayPal. Enough. I am done. I want my money because I can’t trust a replacement.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else - terrible customer service and no answers

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. Exchanged an order over a month ago - sent back the wrong three pairs and they were to ship the right three pairs. Nothing has shown up. Have emailed multiple times and called multiple times. On hold for over an hour each time. Can never get through to two different 800 numbers. This is a total joke. Don't tell me to call the 800 number because I can't get through!

Odd Interpretation of Computer Glasses

Ordered computer glasses to replace some well-worn glasses that I'd been using. They sent glasses focused at about 8 inches. The phone is dead and they haven't responded to email. I'd avoid after this experience.

Don't order from this company

Don't order from this company. Only 40% of my order was accurate which is a shame. I really liked 2 of the 5 pairs they sent. But because they also sent glasses I didn't order, and when I tried to initiate a return they sent a dead link to print out the shipping label and they NEVER responded to any emails - they've lost me as a customer.

Flimsy Frame!

The frame I received was very flimsy and no surprise that it broke at the most unexpected place - bottom of the rim. I was promised a refund over two weeks. Nothing received so far. Their Live Chat is off and phone lines remain unanswered for a very long time. I would not buy from them ever again
