What a pleasure to deal with a company that gives “old fashioned” service where customer satisfaction is uppermost in the way they operate. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with excellent product knowledge. I have total confidence in recommending Reading Bedding as the 1st place to go to when looking for any aspect of beds. My Vispring divan set was delivered on time and assembled correctly with the added bonus of removal of the old bed. A great company to do business with.

After a lengthy wait for our Hypnos mattress due to the Covid lockdowns, this arrived 2 weeks ago. We are absolutely thrilled with this product and the quality and comfort of this item is superb. Although quite expensive we are so glad we invested in this. Great knowledge in store from the sales manager who advised on different levels of mattress. Our delivery team were polite, efficient and helpful on the day and we would definitely purchase from Reading Bedding again should we need to. Well done guys!!

Chose to order my Dunlopillo mattress from Reading Bedding as they were linked on the Dunlopillo manufacturer’s website. They also had the best deal price and offer. Ben at Reading Bedding helped me choose the appropriate mattress without pressing and I was comfortable to order from them. Delivery by GBA Final Mile was a dream with a date well in advance of expectations advised and a time slot the day before. The delivery team were courteous and competent. Altogether a good experience.

A super service. Showroom assistant was very good, helpful and knowledgeable. Price was very good. Delivery and installation was super.

Today I had my third bed delivered I cannot thank Stephen & Simon enough they are so efficient, polite and very engaging with the customer . I only have one more bed to replace and it will definitely be purchased from Reading Bedding .

Popped in as I didn’t like the idea of not seeing the fabrics and options and received a very happy welcome, and all the help and advice needed. They found the right style and fabric to meet our needs and from order to delivery was a little over 3 weeks.

I’m a very happy customer and the headboard has really finished the room.

Having had a bad experience with buying 2 beds from Bensons For Beds, we decided to try a local bed store.

I had purchased a bed from Reading Bedding previously and had no issues, but to be on the safe side, placed an order just for 1 bed/mattress. If it went ok, which it did, I was going to place an order for the 2nd bed.

The 1st bed was express delivery and arrived a week after order, which was great. Based on this experience we ordered the 2nd bed.

The 2nd bed was delivered on time, but unfortunately had defects to the bed base, which were acknowledged by Reading Bedding and as a result a replacement was ordered.

When the replacement was delivered at the weekend, we found a 4inch tear in the material on the bed base, which was reported to the shop by the delivery man.

We then expected a call from the shop manager after the weekend ie. Monday to arrange a 2nd replacement. By the afternoon we had not had a call, so we rang to find out what was going on. The manager informed us he needed to speak to the delivery men, who did not work on Mondays and we would have to wait until Tuesday for a response. On Tuesday it was agreed that a 2nd replacement bed would be sent. This was delivered on Saturday and 3rd time lucky, no defects.

Therefore we had issues, but these were resolved.

Placed order on their website for an Ottoman Bed which was shown as in stock and ready to deliver in 2-5 days. Then got a call 3 days later that the bed is out of stock for next 4 weeks. I asked to cancel order but they were reluctant to cancel and started arguing that I should buy different model bed from them. I felt it as pushy sale with no guarantee they would meet delivery promises. I persisted to cancel the order. Then then the company started dragging their feet to keep hold of the refund money thereby making things difficult. The money will eventually come to me as I am now serving them a claims court notice. These cowboys falsely advertise items and then refuse to let go of your hard earned cash cash.

This is my 4th order from Reading Bedding.They have a great friendly service in the store especially Ben. No pressure selling and they have a logical ssytem in making sure you get the right bed. Most of their beds are full turn beds not like the one sided beds of Dreams and Bensons. Delivery is always on time and done professionally as they seem to care about your house and take their shoes off without asking.
I would highly recommend this company.
