Worst thing I have ever done was ordering here. Been waiting three months and now they refuse to issue a refund when I did not receive my order. Now, after looking in to them further it shows the company has been dissolved. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I’ve been receiving a box from RIH every month for nearly a year now and I honestly can’t rave enough about them.
The box has arrived every month with the most amazing gifts inside and the book has always surprised me! They’re books I wouldn’t ordinarily pick in a shop so to have them pick these for you is a real treat, and they’ve always been good reads!
The only time I’ve had an issue with a box delivery, RIH were quick to respond and eager to help. Honestly, their customer service is miles above bigger online retailers that I’ve found difficult to get in touch with and who don’t really care about their customers.
So if you’re a bookworm looking for some new recommendations and a really feel-good parcel to cheer you up every month, this is the one for you!

Unreliable deliveries make this not worth the money. Boxes arrived with labels different from what I put in their website. Last
month box failed to turn up and refund given. Great idea, flawed execution.

Just received my second box. A real delight through the mail. I love having a book chosen for me and the treats so far have been fantastic not regular freebies. Just started commenting on the book club element in face book which is an added bonus. I will be gifting this to s book lover for sure

Excellent subscription, love getting my goodies every month! I’ve been reading crime fiction forever & I wouldn’t even have known where to start to pick a different book so I love that you get a mix that you wouldn’t necessarily pick yourself; it has opened up a whole new type of reading for me. The treats are great, gives you a chance to test new things & there’s always something sweet to eat :). Never had an issue with delivery & the FB group is good to get others’ thoughts.

I joined RiH recently and am eagerly anticipating my third box this month. So far I have been very impressed and would recommend this service. The books have pushed me out of my comfort zone and I love that I am reading new authors. The extra treats are a bonus too.
I almost didn't sign up for this after reading some less positive reviews but am so glad I ignored these and took the plunge!

I love my Reading in Heels subscription, which I've had for over a year now. I really look forward to it every month and my box is always delivered on time, complete and in excellent condition. The books are usually those that I wouldn't normally go for and I think that is part of their charm - they have certainly broadened my reading horizons and that's no bad thing. And the eats and treats are amazing! I think my subscription is excellent value for money and I have recommended it to others. Thank you and keep up the sterling work Reading in Heels!

I love RiH! I’ve never had any delivery issues and what comes in every box is such a surprise and genuinely something I look forward to each month. I’ve had four now and they just get better every time! For such a small team, they do amazingly well and the Facebook group is a nice touch. Keep going guys, you’re nailing it!

I always look forward to receiving my Reading In Heels box each month and have been a member for over 6 months now! It has introduced me to books and authors I probably wouldn't have encountered otherwise and I love the community feel of being part of the Facebook group where we discuss the book at the end of each month. The treats included are always fantastic too!

Appalling customer service , the worst of any company I have ever encountered, made worse because they don’t have a telephone no so that you can speak to a human being.
My subscription was a gift from my daughter, beginning in January of this year, I was away in February, and the book was returned to RIH by the post office no contact from the company to acknowledge this, many emails back and forth to try and resolve a simple issue, book still not received, to compound the utter inefficiency of this company, I now have one book sent three times and another twice. I should now have 5 different books, but only have 4,

I absolutely LOVE my Reading in Heels subscription. My husband bought me a 12 month subscription for my Xmas last year and it is without a doubt one of the best gifts I've had mainly because it keeps on giving. Each box is beautifully presented I've enjoyed every book picked although I wouldn't necesarily have picked them up myself in a shop AMD the extra goodies you get are always lovely and plentiful. Also my mum was gifted a free box by the company after I nominated her due to her ill health and having a very bad start to the year. That alone gave me massive respect for the company to be so compassionate and caring as to give away a box to someone every month just because they're having a bad time. Anyway, babble over....it's definately worth it!

I have been receiving boxes for over a year now. Had a few teething issues to begin with, but all resolved with their customer service. Amazing box contents (books, beauty, drinks and snacks etc), such a treat to receive each month, an ideal gift to a friend or yourself! I am a big fan!

I have received 2 subscription boxes and have loved both of them. The books are not what I would normally buy myself, but have really enjoyed both of them. The boxes fit through the letterbox, so no waiting in for the postman, just have to make sure the dogs don't get to the box first. I have really enjoyed the little treats that came with the books, and have in fact ordered more from the suppliers of the ones which appealed the most. Really like being able to discuss the book in the Facebook group at the end of the month and getting other people's opinions.

I was a little unsure on whether to sign up due to the reviews on Trust pilot, please do not believe it! I’m now 3x boxes in and I’ve loved every one! You get beautiful little goodies a pamper product to really get you in a relaxed mood enjoying your book, we have book club every month where we all talk about our opinions and the books aren’t mainstream so it gets you to enjoy something you wouldn’t normally give a chance! Great value for money

I love getting the reading in heels boxes, the books are interesting choices I probably would not have picked myself and the treats are great.

I absolutely love getting my Reading in Heels box every month, it's a gift I give myself and an essential part of my self-care regime. The books are well chosen, as are the gorgeous goodies that come with them. Now that the boxes can be posted through, I don't have to worry about missing delivery and having to collect from the sorting office, which is a real plus! I would definitely recommend treating yourself to Reading in Heels 👠!

I have loved every box. They are so thoughtfully put together. The products are beautiful and delicious. And the book... not one I would have ever picked off the shelf. But so far I have absolutely loved every one. They have been fantastic choices and made my reading more diverse because of that reason. Thanks.

These boxes (especially now as they fit through your letterbox) are an absolute delight... As one previous reviewer has said the books are ones I wouldn't necessarily choose myself, not because I don't want to read them, but I've never spotted them before; and I do visit a lot of bookshops! Then there's the treats; they're thoughtfully chosen and put together and gives you the chance to try edible or beauty goodies you might not know about. The boxes are beautiful too; a fabulous once a month treat! Highly recommend them...
