Such a rude customer service
I was one of the tenants of the building they manage and oh boy, is Anja the rudest person on earth. She sends an email, no greeting, no hej, none of that. I stopped using the greetings and all myself as well after my second email that received none of the civilized responses from Anja.
I ask for HOFOR bill, she sends me electricity bill, then I ask once again for HOFOR bill, then she sends me the bill I asked for.
Lies throughout the entire correspondence by the way. She tells me that they are sending the invoice in February 2026 because they didn’t receive the heat and water consumption bill until then.
Spoiler alert: I myself was sent by this company in November of 2025 and Anja has NO idea that they themselves had the bill in November. She says she doesn’t know why.
A truly incompetent company with an employee that just is capable of bring civilized and telling the truth.
