Chaotic, Conflicting Info, and Ghosting

Chaotic, Conflicting Info, and Ghosting
- We put in an application for on a property with Atlas Real Estate and our application was approved.
- We were then told that the property was no longer available.
- Then, we got an email saying that we could secure our spot with a security deposit.

Confused by all the conflicting information, my wife and I sent multiple messages to the property manager and assistant PM to figure out what was going on. Neither of them could be bothered to even reply to our messages.

We met all rental requirements outlined for the property so they either ghosted us because we indicated we have a service animal (discriminatory) or they are so inept that basic communication was too challenging.
