Product voelt aan als goedkoop plastic

Product voelt aan als goedkoop plastic. Ook zat er scheur in. Dus dan moet ie terug. Alleen dat kun je vergeten. Omdat de verpakking open gemaakt is vervalt je recht op retourneren. Hoe je dan moet beoordelen hoe het product aanvoelt dat weet niemand. Ze geven steeds hogere kortingen als je het product toch wil houden. Of een korting op je volgende aankoop. Het product is beschadigd dus wat heb ik aan een korting. Na 6 mails zijn ze eindelijk bereid een nieuwe te sturen. Maar dan moet ik wel 15 euro verzendkosten betalen. Echt ongelooflijk slecht dat bedrijf. Iets leveren dat kapot is en dan betalen voor vervanging. Ik wil dat ding helemaal niet hebben. Het voelt echt aan als super goedkoop plastic speelgoed.
