Ordered the Seresto collar from Realecanino. Quickly realised it was coming from China. Looked on this site and realised I had made a mistake by trusting Realecanino.
To be honest, I was surprised when the collar arrived given the poor tracking information, lack of response from contacting Realecanino and other posts on here.
Initially, the collar looks authentic but I didn't want my dog to wear it, particularly if it would not work, so I purchased a Seresto collar from my vet to compare.
I have photos comparing the two but cannot upload to Trustpilot, which is a pity.
Differences:
1. Plastic packaging materials different quality.
2. Package printing different, particularly Bayer logo and information on reverse.
3. The Realecanino collar is more rigid and does not have the usual 'powder' coating from the manufacturing process.
4. The reference code on the Realecanino collar is embossed, whereas usually it is printed on.
I have tried repeatedly to contact Realecanino, without success. There is a returns address in Tours, France but I'm not going to waste any more money sending it back because I doubt if I will receive a refund.
One to put down to bad judgement but I hope you read and take notice of these reviews and don't order.
