Don’t be fooled! Please ladies find somewhere else to buy your items of clothing. All I received was poor quality items for an exorbitant price.
I purchased the Naomi skirt and the seam where the tag was placed was loose and such bad quality that my skirt shape differs on that side and sticks out.. you can just tell it’s not right and doesn’t sit well.
So disappointing for a “high quality ethical brand”..
I will never buy from here again. Reformation is so much better.
I purchased a baby tee from here and the quality was so bad. The material is overly stretchy and it has faded so much after only a few washes. Not to mention there was a small hole by the tag. 100% NOT worth the RRP.
Don‘t order from RP!
as a petite woman I was pretty excited to find a brand that offers XXS. I placed an order and it arrived few weeks later.. they messed the size and I got XXL instead!!!!!
I sent so many emails since June and today still no replacement or initiative from their side. This has been truly my worst customer experience !!!!! No replacement sent until today. Complete waste of money for me and it’s their fault.
I don’t understand how receiving the wrong size is ok.. and how till today (October) no replacement sent.
They were over a month to shipp my dress, and then i get a wrong size in the end eventho customer service promised to change it 🙃🙃🙃 very disappointed
Do not buy from them! It's been three weeks since I placed my order (for over €200) and they still haven't shipped it. I've sent multiple emails, Instagram DMs and I've never had a response.
This company may seem legitimate because of their celebrity endorsements, but they are SCAM ARTISTS!
If you are unsure, just watch their instagram comments in real time---they get several comments per post from angry customers they have scammed, and they very quickly delete the comments. They somehow get away with scamming people out of their money, and not being held accountable, which will change very quickly if more people report them to the department of Consumer Affairs/Attorney Generals office. Their owners Alexandra Spencer and Teale Talbot have zero integrity. Alexandra Spencer also deletes comments and couldn't give a damn that their customers suffer. They're bankrolling off of stealing from people.
Realisation Par has the absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with, and the owners are equally as disgusting for not caring.
This company is selling cheap, low budget, made in China, fast fashion dresses. Realisation Par sold me a shirt designed by Claudia Schiffer, and it arrived defective and damaged. Realisation Par customer service wrote me an email stating that I could discard the shirt, and that they would send me a new one to replace it... and when I consented to doing that, after getting rid of the shirt, Realisation Par then told me I needed to send the defective shirt back, after the fact, even after I'd already discarded it per their instructions.
Then Realisation Par ignored my emails and instagram comments and messages for weeks, deleting any public comments, without sending a replacement or a refund. They only finally responded when they realized I wasn't going to just fade away, and made me go through back-and-forth emailing for A MONTH, and then challenged my dispute with the bank, even after I told them I had a death in my family and didn't have time to deal with this, and wanted it resolved per the original agreement. Owners Alexandra Spencer and Teale Talbot, and Realisation Par are the most disgusting garbage institution have ever shopped with in my life. They can delete as many comments as they'd like on social media---their company needs to be investigated.
Bought a $250 dress on sale for $178 - this item was drop shipped from China and was poorer quality than Shein, it weighed as much as a tissue and was completely see-through. They wouldn’t let me return it because it was on sale, which was a hidden clause. This company is a SCAM.
My experience with RP is another example of why to not trust companies that don't allow reviews for their products. The dress is pretty enough but it is completely sheer (not shown that way on models on website) and overpriced. The fact that I need to buy another garment to wear under a $240 dress is absurd. I understand if companies can't show straight up nipples at least show the models wearing something under so we can grasp how sheer the clothes are. I feel duped but not SOL.
The dress looks nice but the quality is awful. Considering I bought a 250$ dress the fabric is thin and frail and looks like a 30$ dress from Zara. I contacted customer support because the dress had a small tear after just ONE use and they told me that if I don't wear it tight it wouldn't be an issue. An insult considering the price tag. DO NOT BUY with them.
The price point should shock anyone. I bought a dress in my usual size, it fitted me ok but then after just a few uses (3 tops) it began to get tended in the seems, and to tear apart - literally tear apart alone! Ridiculous and completely outrageous!! Almost 300€ for such a low quality dress. DO NOT BUY, really, save your money!
I can only approve the same experience. A lousy unfriendly customer service. And a very bad quality of their dresses overall. the asking price is simply an impudence. they try to cheat customer by expressing wrong descriptions
intentionally. but pulling all shipping costs on customers side, they try to force you to keep such a poor quality. i’m still shocked! Never again!!
I ordered three dresses and one of them didn’t arrive. Emailed customer service and have been waiting a while hear back. This is so upsetting you would think the customer service is better considering each dress is $250 dollars. Also, the quality is lacking BIG TIME. The material looks cheap and inexpensive so I can’t recommend this brand to anyone.
After years of dreaming about purchasing one of their dresses, I have to say that I am very disappointed. I can honestly say that my 250-dollar dress looked like something I could find on the sale rack at an outlet store. It didn't feel luxurious at all. The quality was just so underwhelming, flimsy, and incredibly thin. While the fabric looked opaque in photos it was completely see-through in real life. Given the price point I almost feel scammed.
In addition, their return system was really quite bad. And as if that isn't enough, as I'm getting older I'm starting to realise just about how sexist their branding and marketing is. Needless to say I'm returning my dresses and I think I need to see a lot of changes from Réalisation Par before considering shopping there again. Which is a shame as I really like their designs. All of this said, I have only tried 2 items from their collection but my thoughts seem to be shared by many reviewers.
Online shopping made easy peasy! Super fast delivery-(I literally live in the middle of nowhere)! Items are just as gorgeous as you see online. I returned one item with no problems. I’ll be back for more Rat and Boa!
horrible quality for HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS. just bought the inez dress and first of all the material is paper thin and feels like sh**. Secondly, the side zipper puckers because the material is so thin and crappily made, making the whole dress look off and cheap. DON’T buy not worth it at alllllll
THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR HORRIFIC AND UNPROFESSIONAL OPERATIONS!
To the team at Realisationpar!
Order #589761
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY Unacceptable. We have now waited for this package for over 6 weeks and we have gotten no updates and the FedEx information that’s available says no update available.
We would like a FULL refund including shipping!
We have not heard from you and there’s no phone number to contact any one. It’s extremely frustrating as you can imagine.
I have already sent several messages. We relied on this to be here for my daughter’s graduation in mid June and I didn’t happen and now the package seems to be LOST so please refund the original form of payment ASAP!
Also respond to my email and confirm that this was received.
It’s extremely Disappointing as we have been shopping with Realisation for many years. It’s just a so unprofessional on top of everything!

Ordered a dress last Thursday (8 days ago)for an event tomorrow. On the website it says shipping takes 2-3 business days - ample time to reach me, so I thought. The dress has still not even been dispatched over a week on from order, I have contacted Customer Service repeatedly and have been speaking to Lucy who has told me each day that it's going to be dispatched that day and it hasn't been. I'm now trying to cancel my order for a refund as this is shambolic. For a premium price point this service is terrible. Avoid!!!
Ridiculously horrible and laughable customer service. I’ve reached out several times and I simply have not received a response. Additionally, if you want to return or exchange an item they expect you to handle all shipping related responsibilities yourself.
Poor service. I have sent several emails and they are slow in responding. I returned a dress that was delivered at their adress for a week ago and they still haven't sent the requested dress in return.
I really love their dress, i have 5 of them in my closet. But then there’s something wrong with my latest order, I received a wrong dress, the same day of the delivery I request a return so I can get a store credit, after 5 days I finally got email back they wanted me to take some pictures of the dress and package, so did right away and sent the pictures they requested
Now 2 weeks later I heard NOTHING from them back, I can’t return the wrong dress without a special number/code from them
This is sooo embarrassing for realisation par such a popular brand with awful customer services. Now what? I have the dress I didn’t order, no refund , no store credit
So ladies, finger crossed your order go smoothly because if not there’s no customer service!
