I ordered during a sale during the week of Black Friday. I was so excited because I got two shirts for my friends who love F1. After that my experience with this company soured. It took over a month for my order to even be packaged and shipped. I sent multiple emails asking about the progress of my order. The emails I received in response were short and did not provide any real information that I was asking for. It wasn’t until I threatened to talk to my credit card company to dispute the charge that I received an actual response that addressed my concerns. The tracking of my package after it was sent is not the most accurate but does provide an idea of where your order is. Now that I have finally received my order (after a month and a half) the shirts do seem to be good quality. Overall I will not be ordering from Reality Racing again.

The track service its excelente but, if i want to change the destination They don't have a formar or opportunity to change it

Honestly can’t believe i fell for it, the instagram account has many red flags, always the same type of posts, the comments are hidden which can be seen if you look at the number it displays on the comments and you open the comments and see almost none, they are clearly hiding them, pit pass is a pure scam, you don’t even know you subscribed to it until you receive an email, I managed to cancel it(I think) but its really difficult to do so, instructions are made to be hard to understand so “normal” people can’t cancel it. They also sent and email after 1 day of the order saying the shipping was delayed, which is also a red flag used to make you think it’s ok that you haven’t got your order in time. Don’t buy it.

Took over 2 months to deliver two simple shirts with my tracking number only coming after a month. Never want to buy from this company again as i still haven’t received my package. Pathetic.

I placed a Black Friday order for some shirts. They double charged me. I emailed them (copied and pasted the email from their page) and got a kickback email saying the email address wasn’t valid. Super suspicious. Then, I got an email from the order I placed saying they were “backed up” and behind on shipping their items. Come to find out they are a scam company. No shipping info and my order hasn’t progressed.

This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a clothing company. I bought 2 t shirts and waited 3 weeks and no delivery. I emailed them about it and they responded saying that "we recently received a surge of orders" and that they reached out to the production facility to get mine shipped. a week later and nothing. I emailed them for a refund and they went silent so I had to go through the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER from these people. They are the worst run business I've ever interacted with.

Cheap quality took forever to ship. Certainly not worth $50. They auto sign you up for a membership as well. Shady cheap company! Do not purchase

Order was exactly what I wanted and more. Hoodie is amazing quality and stands up to daily wear 🙌

I made an order on December 11th and it was advertised to be delivered by Christmass.. It is January 2nd and still no information.

In two separate occasions i was told that they were reaching their “Operations team” and get back to me asap with no follow up.

I’m really trying to give them a chance since i found the concept and designs appealing.. however they’re making it very difficult.. i hope to receive soon to make a good review and delete this.

Ordered on Black Friday for Christmas presents. Still hadn’t arrived by Christmas. I emailed in mid December and they gave me bullshit reasons as an excuse and then still promised a delivery date of 18-25 December. I initiated a chargeback with my bank on 24 December as it’s quite obvious that I was never getting these t shirts.
As other reviews said, the free Pit Pass is just a way to scam money out of you. The company made it extremely difficult to cancel the membership.

Not really a review writer, but I’ve ordered from them 4 or 5 times and I got an email about writing a review so here I am. They used to have very slow shipping times but it seems like something changed because my last order came wayyy quicker. Nice designs, reliable service, cool membership option for free stuff that most brands don’t have. All around good stuff imo.

Did my research before buying. The biggest issue I’ve seen is sizing is very small, so I ordered 1 size up. Came very quickly (AU) print is as shown on the website, fabric is good quality for the price. Very happy with my purchase.

Company is more focussed on money than customer service and will try to milk you for as much money as possible. They automatically sign you up to their subscription even if you untick the box for it and they intentionally make it hard to cancel it. And if you actually end up canceling it or if you chase a refund they “blacklist” your details so you can’t buy from their site again because you are not profitable. I don’t recommend buying from them unless you are prepared to lose a decent amount of money. Not to mention their shipping is horrendous, even if you pay for express shipping it takes decades to get to you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered an item for a Christmas gift, it said it would be here within 2 weeks, and I have yet to hear anything. I have reached out several times and have gotten no response. They most certainly took the money out of my bank account though!!! I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered, so frustrating.

I placed an order on December 6, 2025, for a total amount of €56.49.

After payment, no tracking information was provided for over 20 days, despite multiple written follow-ups.

I received contradictory information from customer service regarding shipping dates and inventory status. At one point, I was told the order had not shipped due to lack of stock, while I was already in possession of a valid tracking number showing the package was in transit.

The origin of shipment was also inconsistent: initially announced as shipping from the United States, while the official tracking confirmed shipment from China.

Due to these repeated inconsistencies and delays, I formally requested a full refund. The company only offered a partial refund, which I refused.

After this refusal and formal notice, the company attempted to debit my bank account an additional €42.57 without my authorization. The transaction was blocked by my bank.

A chargeback procedure has since been initiated through my bank.

I am posting this review to document my experience factually and to encourage potential customers to be extremely cautious before ordering.

Waited 3 weeks, items never shipped so requested a refund. Within a day they “processed the refund” and said I should receive it within 3-10 days. It’s now been over 2 weeks with no refund or any proof of refund, and all the tell me is they are “contacting our financial team and will give you an update as soon as possible”.

The hoodie was more than I expected, was way better quality than I thought. Definitely i would buy again

Fast shipping and good quality

I placed an order with Reality Racing on December 15, 2023, and paid extra for expedited shipping because the estimated delivery date was December 23. It's now December 29, and the order hasn't even shipped yet. When I followed up, they explained that expedited shipping only applies after a 2-3 week processing time for custom shirts, which wasn't clear at all during purchase. The initial delivery estimate feels deceptive, as it led me to pay more for essentially no benefit. Customer support responses are polite but vague, with no apology or real resolution offered. I'm still waiting without a firm ship date. Avoid if you need timely delivery, great concept, but execution is lacking.
