Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad. Highly sentimental wedding bouquet was left in August. I paid £70 to have this cast in a resin cube.
He offered me a 2 inch pyramid type shape with one dead rose head inside after pestering him for almost 5 months when the original timeline given was 2 weeks.
Heartbroken that I trusted this company with something so important.
Terrible service, bad communication, absolutely no care given. Should not be in business. Wish I could give zero stars.

Avoid it's a scam, I have lost my wedding flowers and my memories

I sent my wedding flowers to be restored in resin as a memory keepsake. I trusted Lee with my memories. I paid my deposit and then the final balance. I then got in contact with them to see when I would receive my wedding flowers back, I was told on so many occasions I would be sent a tracking number or the postman didn't pick up the parcel. They have now blocked me on WhatsApp and all social media. If you want your wedding flowers and memories kept, DO NOT USE.

I've been waiting over a year for my item to be delivered. I was patient when told the owner had lost his phone and my number and record of delivery address. But it has still not been delivered. No more responses to my messages, emails, letters. I believe I've been scammed out of £400+ plus my wedding flowers. Avoid.

AVOID!!!

Quoted me for a custom job, I sent the money and my item and Lee then messed me around for 3 months, never did the job, stopped responding, I got a refund from PayPal who agreed with me, but he STILL has my item which is of great sentimental value and he is still not responding. I’d give zero stars if it was possible. AVOID!
