Love the games and that part but the communication or customer service when it comes to anything else is terrible real quick to take your money but when it comes to redemption what a joke have never had to wait this long on any other site or been left in the dark when trying to get updated starting to think I'll be waiting forever for nothing

I can win alright but redeemed is terrible..Take to long to come back..All the others come back 24 or 48 hrs Then hard to get in contact with them

Great games and good multipliers but slow redemption times. Most places you can get at least 24-48 hours at this point anything longer is fishy…. I have been waiting quite a while but have been paid in the past it can just be slow.

Not very happy with the redemption process and the lack of customer service support or ways to contact. I made a redemption 2 days ago and it seems that I'm finding out that since I won on their dime that they may take longer because of no deposit but I met the play thru requirements. Use to be my favorite sweep site but after the lack of 24 to 48 hour redemptions as I have seen numerous complaints this site may no longer be my favorite. In response to the response from realprize I have reached out directly and received a generic response with no assistance. Still nothing I do not recommend this site as I am still waiting after reaching out as advised numerous times.

Won enough to get a payout but still waiting for the money days later. Realprize is a good source but it takes too long to pay

***this is an update to my earlier review- my redemption was paid this morning! I still give four stars bc of the long wait. It’s worth mentioning again that support was REALLY nice and probably the best part of RealPrize if I’m being honest!

It hurts my heart to have to write this review, but it seems like the bad reviews I’ve been seeing lately are an accurate picture of what to expect from RealPrize these days. For the first time in over a year, I finally won something worth redeeming. After my verification was initially rejected (for the first time ever on any platform), it took days to have it reset. It’s now been days since it was fixed and I was able to request a redemption (which was only $500 by the time I blew the rest waiting for it to be fixed).

Support did respond to my inquiry and was VERY nice, but I still haven’t seen any movement on my redemption. I’ve never experienced a wait this long on any other platform that I’ve played on. I’ll update my review if something changes in the near future, but I’m feel pretty discouraged at this point.

This is an update to the last review. REAL PRIZE has still not redeemed my winnings, been almost 2 months now. This after I gave them all the documents they asked for in the first few days of my redemption REAL PRIZE should really tell people the amount of time it takes to redeem if they win big, if I knew it would take 2 months to redeem when I won, I would have thought twice. But it is what it is and I will update how much longer it takes until redemption and keep updating until they give me what I won fair and square. Until next time...

I've been on RealPrize for quite a while now, and I really like it. It has a large variety of games, which is really nice. It has a decent daily bonus, and if you follow on Facebook, it gets even better. The only reason they don't have 5 stars is that their redemption with Skrill takes longer than I would like. Most providers I play with take at most 24 hours. Still, I would recommend RealPrize.

Don't get me wrong, I like RealPrize and will continue to play on the platform. What I don't understand is why their redemption process is so slow. In this technologically advanced day and age where even smaller social casinos are able to do fast redemptions, why not RealPrize?
Are you taking your customers for granted?
As far as I am concerned, you have no excuse but one: You know that delays will cause a percentage of those waiting for their redemption to cancel and re-play their winnings!!! Please update your antiquated redemption mentality and processes.

I honestly believe that if you're waiting so long for your redemption / withdrawal there's something wrong on your end because with this casino particularly I have received most of my redemptions within 3 days!!!
I have played real prize Casino for the last couple months and I've won a decent amount of money and I have not really ever gotten dicked around. Right now I'm waiting on the biggest payout ever gotten from this platform and reading these reviews are making me scared. I have been screwed over by other sweeps coins casinos so I'm always super cautious about when redeeming I just hope this isn't one of those casinos that start off paying redemptions real quick and then end up slowing down or not even paying out.

This time time around, I put in a redemption request at the end of February and it’s still pending.

3 days into my request they asked for extra verification information, which is from what I understand pretty typical. What I don’t understand is why it’s taken weeks now to verify and review my account. I have asked several times what specifically it is that I am waiting on, but they won’t give me a direct answer only a very generalized “we need to look at and review your account”

I completely understand needing to follow protocol but it doesn’t make sense to me that they can’t be transparent about what it is exactly that’s causing the redemption process to go from 3-4 days to 3-4 weeks with no actual explanation other than “we have to look at your account” Will gladly update with new information if anything changes

REPLY TO REALPRIZE! I have reached out several times and get the same generic response every single time! I played on this site for a couple years I’ve been verified I’ve redeemed dozens of times and yall use the excuse undergoing extra security reviews 😂

Seriously don’t play here unless you’re okay with waiting longer than 90% if other sweeps casino for your redemption!

I play on over 50 sites, none of them make you wait days to weeks for a $100 gift card and claim it’s under going reviews, I don’t know if this site is going broke or what but all I’m seeing lately is people complaining about how long they have to wait to get their redemption ! There is so many good sites out their and real prize and their sister site lone star are not on that last! Try Gold machine, Lucky Rush, Tao sweeps , spin quest , legendz , moozi you will be so much more satisfied!

The platform has bugs. A lot of games won’t open or shut down random. I signed up using my Apple ID and now am having issues with verification. They can’t help because the email is the one I used to sign up because Apple used an email spoof to hide me real email. I now have money to withdraw because the games I did get work payed well. I just can’t get my money.
