My overall experience with RealProfessors was excellent. Both Paul and Stephanie went above and beyond from the beginning until I successfully completed my dissertation. In addition to providing quality service, Paul was very knowledgeable and willing to assist in seeking out teaching and/or research opportunities within higher education.

Paul and his team were with me for every single difficult step I had to take during this journey. From choosing a topic, developing a proposal, writing every single chapter, getting the survey out, collecting data, data analysis, and preparing me for my defense step by step, they were there. Be careful with this company. They were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and aggressive towards me. After telling me we were working together and sending them my dissertation, I was left ghosted for 4 weeks, despite several unanswered email inquiries! I had to cancel a semester and lost lots of money. It took telling them I may leave a negative review to get a sudden response from their CFO (Lei), essentially informing me she forgot to get back to me to tell me they took on higher-paying clients. They were unapologetic, highly condescending and said they didn't want to work with me since I threatened to leave a bad review. The entire correspondence was around talking me out of leaving a review, using gaslighting tactics. I finally told them to bug off. Be warned.

I had hit a point in my dissertation that I couldn't get past, and my "real" committee wasn't able or willing to help me. But Real Professors was. They helped me put the pieces together in a way made sense and pushed me over the finish line. And they did it in a supportive (and prompt!) way that was missing from my "real" experience.

Very professional. Turnaround is not the fastest but the final product was great.

I worked with Professor Marco and he had the time that my actual professors just couldn't spare to really talk me through and guide me through my data. He also added in some editorial help at no charge! I was up against a deadline to get my draft in during the first part of March and Marco and his colleagues made time for me and really worked to make sure I had a clean draft and from there I was able to finish my thesis and ahead of schedule. I am so thankful because with out the Real Professors, I don't think I would be getting my degree in just a few short weeks! Thanks!
