You have promoted and still continue to promote a Hawaii Plastic Surgeon that has multiple current cases of arbitration, and had malpractice proven. Yet you still advertise his service.

Honest and informative website
Very honest website with a wealth of information. You can research any cosmetic procedure and get real honest reviews . It also puts you at ease when you see other people describing similar experiences .

The reviews get cut off in the interface and when doing searches for procedures, doctors show up that aren't doing the procedure you are looking for.

Excellent experience
I was able to edit my review with the help of the Real Self staff. It was much appreciated.
Also, I love that so many reviews (good AND bad) and before/after photos (with doctors' names!) are on the site.

Vital source for plastic surgery information and reviews
RealSelf is a vital source for me when looking into plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures. My only complaint is I wish the site was a little more user-friendly. When reading reviews and going back to the search results page, you lose your previous spot where you left off. You then have to scroll again and click through the “Continue” prompts to find where you last were. Frustrating. Otherwise, great site for information.

An excellent forum for those considering cosmetic surgery
Realself response for changes to text were handled quickly and efficiently. There is no way for the user to modify the basic text after it has been posted. Initially the text was shown with line breaks and carriage returns, but now the text is compressed making it hard to read and review at a glance

It has good amount of details
It has good amount of details. The only suggestion would be to verify certain claims or offers by doctors. Some are blatant misrepresentations.
For example, doctor Sparon says that there is 20% discount off of facelift, that is great. But off of what price, is it off of the $20K estimate or off of the $22K estimate or off of the $10K estimate? He also says they have transportation but I visited I was told that I would need my own transportation. This is really not a RealSelf issue it is the doctors making incorrect claims.

I just wish we could edit posts for typos after we’ve written them and I also wish we could break down liposuction searches my body part. Right now we can only look up “liposuction” but not “liposuction thighs” “liposuction lower abdomen” etc.

I enjoy the client posts but would love to see a bar graph of the clients post timeline.
I enjoy the client posts and the thoughts and opinions from the health professionals. I would like to have more flexibility in whom I log as the provider of the services I had.
I would also like to see a bar graph of the time that the review has left her post/pictures so I can select the post to view. I would prefer to not have to scroll through all the messages and pictures.

It’s been a little over a month and…
It’s been a little over a month and everything still looks great. I have started to notice that some of the hairs will start to fall out but Miss Rosa assured me that this is normal. I’m looking forward to how my hair will look when my hair fully grows back out.
