If this is the company with the immoral ads we would not be interested in dealing with them for sure?

This website is horrible, you search rental properties and you can't find anything due to the large number of listings of rooms for rent, parking spaces for rent, storage space for rent, etc..... The Executive Director needs to be fired, along with the staff that does not monitor listings. Zillow.com is a better website.

Ever since I inquired about a property, I have been spammed with Realtor.com phone calls. We thought we were contacting the realtor who listed the property.

Realtor.com does not take no for an answer and called me twice within an hour. My husband called them to say we are not interested and we still got calls after specifically saying not to call us anymore.

My phone now is constantly ringing from various other phone numbers- mostly spam. This is ridiculous.

Rolando Gusman he work for Signature real state group i sold my house and they give me 30 day to muve but 3 days before my las day he come ask ask me to leave the property because new owners in the way and we have a contact that it say i can stay 30 day they keep 2 k from to make sure i leave house clean last day i was there so i did clean house Very well
So now they don't want to give it back thats why im here making this review so no body can go true this bs

Sold our house last year. Our realtor was Leslie Henry from Ben Ray Realty. She was amazing. She was very professional and on top of everything. She was highly recommended by a friend, and we have no regrets. I would recommend her to anyone either looking to sell or buying a house. Thank you Leslie!

Realtor.com's website mentions cash-back to the buyer to "cover moving expenses, a fresh coat of paint, new furniture or whatever else you fancy." This was confirmed on the phone with one of the team members. After closing, realtor.com denied the cash-back. The real estate agent they referred me to paid their fee, yet Realtor.com won't pay what they said they would.

Shelly Bethke - Realtor Berkshire Hathaway was distant and rude from day 1 bragging about all the sales she made in the past. . She was out for herself and did not care about buyer. I put an offer in and she refused to call sellers relator for follow up. I fired her and she argued wanting me to agree that we have a personality conflict (professionals should do their job and should not have personality conflict). I told her the main issue is that she refused to follow up refusing to represent me as a buyer, not even a follow up phone call as I asked her for 2 days for status. This is not how relator should operate!

A scam company how they have listings up but 1. They state they don't have further information besides what you are seeing. What are these companies good for? Besides trying to charge your cc for information that may not be accurate.

Once they get your number they will call and call and call. They give you a number where you can call them back and tell them if you no longer need their services -- guess what? The number always claims all the lines are busy, even at 2 am. 90% of the people who called me could not speak clear English. NONE of them understood what I was looking for and tried to get me to rent a place in the city in which I already live. I tried to explain what I wanted, but no good -- still got the same call backs offering me a rental (I wanted to buy) in the city where I was already renting. Don't bother with this group. You cannot tell them to stop bothering you, and you will never get them to understand what you want.

Horrible company. Every negative review is correct. Drove 4hrs to view a piece of land and was never able to connect with a actual realtor. Got jerked around for five days by realtor.com with at least ten phone calls. They immediately try to up sell, ask the same questions over and over and string you along for days always promising to connect with a realtor in the area.

Stay away from Francesca Mcfeely at REA Partners, LLC. Doral, Florida (realtor.com) She's a shyster and thief. We had a verbal agreement, which I have in text form, to return 3/4 of our $13,000 security deposit.($9,750). She only returned $9,100. When confronted her answer was "you signed it". Luckily, this was only a vacation rental. Based on this she shouldn't be trusted on a major home purchase. She has been reported to realtor.com corporate headquarters, Florida Real Estate Commission and Attorney General.

They are a horrible company. As a real estate agent, I would NEVER use them. They will charge you money that you never agreed to. Unbelievable what they get away with.

I signed up with a healthy spend of 4k a month. They fulfilled about 60% of the leads promised which in a low inventory market is understandable. They have promised to do a lead review rebate since December ( Going on 60+ days now ) I have been trying to do my budget for the year. Countless. hrs spent calling in an getting the run around. They only call you when they want to sell you more positions they can't fulfill. Lost my business going back to Zillow

I unsubscribed three times and still get their email ads. I used their email on their site to get unsubscribed. Never heard back. Crappy company. Will never, ever use their site again. Their emails go into the junk folder and I need to delete them periodically.

Terrible app. The map function is constantly messed up and they always want to respond by email to help you. I don't want them to respond to me anymore I just want them to fix it. Also, the zoom in feature sucks. I don't want to zoom in because that takes too much time to look for a property in a large area. That is very stupid. Most of the time I just give up and go to Zillow. Zillow is a much more user-friendly app.

I am currently in the market to buy a home. I was looking at different services online and then stumbled upon an article where Realtor.com has stated the following:

"Realtor.com and Redfin are taking a stand against crime data being listed on their websites. The real estate companies have removed the data due to growing concerns that it could perpetuate racial inequity."

Empirical data and statistics do not perpetuate racial inequality by any standard. Nobody is even asking about race nor is race mentioned anywhere in the statistics so essentially it's realtor.com that is perpetuating racial inequality by this move implying that minorities are responsible for most crime.

They are removing this information to pander to the "woke" movement in this nation that bases everything on their feelings and opinions. When data or statistics oppose their opinions then they just restrict access to the data which is exactly what is going on here.

I will not sign onto Realtor.com again nor will I use them in my search for a home. Crime data is important and relevant to anyone looking to spend a lot of money on a place to live. This is absurd and when I contacted the company the response I received was they are evaluating what information people want to see.

There isn't a person on this planet that would not want to see the objective crime data in a neighborhood they are considering purchasing a home in. I'm sure that every consumer regardless of their race would want to know that information so this is simply a move to engage in political grandstanding and virtue signaling. Nothing more.

I thought this was an organization that listed homes for sale. Why they are engaging in politics is something that needs to be factored into people's decisions as to if they want to utilize their website.

As a real estate broker for 42 years I must say you would have to be a one of a kind, exceptional realtor for me to take the time to write a review and brag about your performance. Greta Kidd was such an agent. From start to finish she was in total control, knew the development and brought to close an offer $45,000 over the last sale in the complex. She is extremely professional and very approachable. There is no better agent. Greta Kidd from Charles Rutenberg Realty is truly outstanding.

I contracted with the Caniglia Real Estate Group to sell my 40-acre parcel of land in Park County, Colorado. The Caniglia Group did an excellent job throughout all the phases of the sale. I would contract with them again. I originally interview another real estate brokerage, but they only wanted to be a transaction broker. I wanted a sales broker to represent the seller. Caniglia Group knows the market and with the information they provided, I was able to arrive at a selling price. She walked the property to locate all 4 corner pins and staked/flag them. She took a lot of photos which she incorporated into the multiple listings. Once there was a sale contract it was turned over to another team member who followed the process through closing. The sale broker was always aware of all communication.

They acted like they were going to get me "unique" leads for my zip codes - but instead they sold me leads for mobile homes or shared properties. Honestly, I should have known when they salesman for the lead package made it sound like they would "go fast" and I had to move quickly. But since they are a major company, I trusted them. I lost a lot of money.

My realtor from the start was Ed Pocrass of Remax. He was extremely professional and had answers to all my questions. He was constantly keeping me updated on neighborhood selling trends. Ed was with me every step of the way with helpful does and don’ts. My home sold in just 80 days from beginning to end. Settlement went smoothly and I left with a check in my hand and a smile on my face.
