Excellent 6-drawer chest - nice and solid, really well crafted, and lovely pine smell. Delivery was within 2-weeks and the guys explained about it on delivery, taking care when bringing it in. We were also kept up to date on build and delivery progress, so all round excellent service. Thank you.

Great communication from Realwoods before my order was placed. This continued throughout the sale, delivery and assembly of the chunky pine bed and separate headboard purchased. The items look great and are really good quality. They look more expensive than they were. Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Realwoods.

Ordered the bed on line then phoned and spoke with Richard who said the bed was being made and would be delivered on the Wednesday morning. The bed was delivered on Wednesday morning by nine am and for a minimal fee was put together within 40 minutes. The bed is absolutely beautiful and extremely well made. Would definitely recommend them.

Had a great experience with Realwoods. Simon and Richard answered all my questions and built a bed to my specs. It was easy to assemble and adds cozy style to the bedroom. Moreover, this bed provides the perfect support for a latex mattress. Highly recommended!

Searching for a new wooden bed frame I firstly came across this business on a eBay search. Checking their products out on that site and their main website I found just the bed I was after - a chunky shaker style frame. However until you connect with the business you don’t know what to expect. However the comms with Simon was excellent. He answered all my questions and was happy to accommodate some (longer legs, higher headboard, additional slats et ) additional bespoke requirements at no extra charge. Richard contacted me to clarify build requirements pre-build. Richard delivered the frame personally. It was wrapped in protective film, with all the fittings in a box. The bed is fantastic, as advertised. They were quick to answer queries, and clearly understand bed making. This small business is fantastic. You could not get a bed at this price with the additional asks from manufacturers, and they charge more for less. Rival wooden frames companies were also charging a lot more. Don’t hesitate - get the best - get realwoods.

Communication was timely and pleasant. Delivery service was top notch. Institutions for putting the bed together was very easy to follow. And the bed is very good quality for an affordable cost. All in all fantastic service would definitely recommend them to everyone i know.

We had our four poster bed delivered to us a few weeks ago. I wanted to wait a while to write a review till I had all my new bedding and curtains for it to upload a photo but I don’t think it’s possible on trustpilot. It looks amazing though, it’s my dream bed! This is definitely the coolest piece of furniture in my home and I know it will last a lifetime.

We've had our bed for about three months now, and it's solid, sturdy (even under two large people a couple of animals, and a heavy mattress) and looks great in our room. We went for the Lichfield low foot super king and the contemporary style suits our room very well, and we appreciated being able to choose a natural (clear) stain.

Communication was quick and clear throughout. Appreciate that everything is made in the UK, as well!

Having bought a four poster , I realised that it would need a roof , speaking to Richard the bed maker , took the order and by the following week the bed was complete , Richard is so approachable and shares his vast knowledge and experience readily. I'm so impressed with Realwoods and I'm so pleased we decided to order our bed from them. The communication was great from start to finish, the installation service was very quick and easy, and the bed itself is the most fantastic quality - really sturdy and it looks (and smells!) great. Richard was very friendly and helpful, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Realwoods again in future.

My partner and I ordered a pine bedframe with underbed drawers from RealWoods and I am even more impressed than I thought I would be!! Ordering was very straightforward and fast, from order to delivery was less than two weeks. Additionally Richard was super helpful when we had a query during the assembly process. The bed is sturdy, looks (and smells) great and I'm sure will last us for a very long time. Would highly recommend using RealWoods! They are a brilliant company and I cannot fault them.

Friendly team assembled the bed frame. A really solid piece of furniture made in the UK. I needed a raised bed frame and these guys built me a bespoke height at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this small family run business. I found their costs really affordable too. The varnish is a bit drippy under the headboard but is hardly noticeable and adds to that homemade feeling. The frame has also made a substantial difference to my old cheap mattress

I ordered a king size pine bed frame for my son’s new house and the transaction from ordering to delivery has been faultless. When placing the order I explained that we didn’t have a confirmed completion date yet so Richard assured me that wasn’t a problem. He kept me up to date with the manufacturing process by text and email, stored the bed for a short while until we confirmed delivery date, delivered to a second floor flat and gave my son written and verbal instructions for assembly. The bed frame is perfect, much better quality than some big brand names I currently have - so much so that we will be looking to order one for ourselves in the near future. The frame went together easily with two people assembling and overall we are all delighted with it. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!
