Do not buy anything from them.
The pictures have nothing to do with the item they will send you.
Worst experience ever.
Return policy sucks as they do not undertake the cost of delivering the item back.
This is not mentioned on their return policy.
I purchased a plitted dress which came to me crumpled.As it is plitted I couldn't iron it , neither wear it. The cloth they made it from is not the right one to be plitted. Also it is not like the one at the picture. It is not a bad quality but also is not the correct one , neither like the one on the picture.
I payed 49.20€(33.91€ the cost of the dress +15.29€ for express delivery---WHICH WAS NOT EXPRESS AT ALL)
I had to write 3 emails trying to find what was happening with my order . Their tracking system was not updated.
When I asked for cancellation they said i was finally shiped and I couldn't cancel it.
Customer service team had been polite and apologetic but this not enough as they haven;t been effective.
They suggested that I keep the item and make it fixed due to the long time and high cost of the return handling!
They offered me a EUR16 cash coupon as compensation, to buy other items on our website at any time.
I got really tired of the mail exchange and did not accept anything.
I will just stay away and never purchase again anything.
YOU SHOULD DO THE SAME.

I order 2 dresses.
Cheap materials, wrong size, one dress was different than the one I ordered ugly, ugly and cheap, cheap.
No way to return, they will offer $18 on the next shopping.
It is ridiculous, who can order again.
I regret that I did not read the reviews before I order.

I should have read these reviews before.
The items are shipped from China, I didn't know that. Apart from the environmental impact, they take forever to arrive. Furthermore, the fabric feels like plastic.
I guess you get what you paid for, cheap product, cheap fabric.
Forget about returning the item, it will cost you more the shipping that the refund you will get.

I would give zero stars if I could!!! they will not honor their return policy, they have a ridiculous amount of rules to send items back and there is no guarantee that they will honor your return and they will have your items. Additionally these items come from China direct, which is never a good thing, returns are expensive but there is no way to know this from THE website. Lastly but most important THE PRODUCTS ARE ABSOULUTE CRAP!!! DONT BOTHER WITH THEM!!! (I got a $68 refund and I got to keep the crap, not worth it) I never write reviews - went out of my way to write this one.

I ordered a dress. When it arrived it was so thin and see through nothing like the photo. Very disappointed. I tried to return it but they insisted it have a tracking number which would have cost me 62$ cdn to return. When I emailed them about it they said I was responsible for the return cost which was ridiculous for a 36$ dress. Very poor quality and customer service.

Very disappointed. At first I've bought a blouse and the wrong item and size was sent. I've accepted their apology and the offered voucher and then the next one was not what I've ordered and also the wrong size. Very poor customer service. The blouse that I want is looking really nice. So frustrated!

This is not a legitimate company and they will not honor their return policy. I ordered 2 dresses from them and they did not send me the items I ordered. I followed up and they refused to send me a refund or send me the items I ordered. They instructed me to send back the dresses to China at my own expense and once received they would decide then whether to issue a refund. They are frauds. Use them at your own peril!!!

This company is not recommended. Recently I bought a few items from this website. When I received the parcel, I found all the clothes are in very poor condition, the material they use is very bad, the quality is nothing like what they advertised on their website, the size is not right and smells dump….. very disappointed, and angry…

The quality of the clothes are the worst I have ever seen. The color in the photos looks nothing like the real product. The sizing is made for someone shaped like a square box. They will not refund your total order they only give you a 1/4 of what you spent. The customer service is nonexistent! Will be tweeting and contacting
Pinterest about the illegal refund process!

Terrible technology; terrible quality product; terrible customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes through their website. After placing the order, I changed my mind and hit the cancel order option on their website. The order appeared to be canceled. A few days later I received the shoes and my account had been charged. The product was low quality. I have now sent over 10 emails to their customer service for a refund and it just goes in the same loop getting no where. Don’t order from here!!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I have purchased two items from this company and they are exactly as advertised! The quality is amazing and I highly recommend!

Awful quality. Realyiyi have not responded to my repeated requests to return my item for refund. Am going to just bin the item. I wouldn't even bother sending to a thrift shop as no one would want an ugly jacket that provides no warmth.

Appalling service waited ages 2 things came problems with size no answer to emails. Basically they take your money and send you whatever they want as there is no come back to them. They do not respond to emails no matter how many you send. Do not be fooled by the nice pictures and prices they are a huge rip off and you will get stung.

First and last time I order from Realyiyi.
I have placed an order for 12 pieces of clothing.
3 were the wrong size (too small).
2 were some completely different items.
5 mistakes out of 12 items.
I'll never do that again.

This company isn't recommended! The dresses look very good on the page of the provider. In reality, inferior quality is delivered. I pay express delivery and waited for a month! Furthermore from 5 ordered dresses I got 2 completely different pieces that I didn't order. These are simply unusable and have zero quality. What a bitter disappointment! It doesn't have the value to send them back. I'm going to throw them in the trash. One thing is certain I will never order from this company again.

After seeing some cute maxi dresses on Pinterest, I decided to place an order for 5 dresses with realyiyi.com When they arrived, I was shocked. The quality was terrible and the dresses looked nothing like they did in the pictures on Pinterest. I e-mailed the company to find out how to return them and their response was to ask me to hang the dresses up and take photos of the actual flaws……the entire dress was the flaw. They never responded to my additional texts. This company is a complete scam and I’m disappointed in Pinterest for letting them advertise on their site. Do NOT order from this company!

I bought a dress from this company and I happy enough. The major criticism I have though is that the picture on Pinterest from whose site I bought it was completely distorted. It gave an illusion of the dress that did not match the reality. The sleeves were far shorter that the picture shows. That said it fit perfectly as I’m a size 12 and bought a medium. Furthermore the site said that it was cotton but it feels more like polyester to me.

The trousers took weeks to come and were not remotely like the picture. They looked like embroidered jeans, but were thin fabric with flowers badly printed on them. They were tiny, I ordered a size 14, normally I am a 12, but way too small. Returning them has proved very difficult, they offered me a voucher and then £9. But I want my money back. I have to post the trousers to China and supply a tracking number. I will never buy from them again and recommend that you don't either. They have got passive aggressive down to a T. Have a nice day!

Sizes are way smaller than ordered. Quality of clothing is horrendous, not anything like pictured, don't be taken by this site. Stick to your boutiques that give you the beautiful items you deserve.
