For the first 12-months of service I would given a 5-stars.... we applied and got the account setup. It worked like any other credit card system except it had a very user-friendly dashboard where the stakeholders could create cards for their staff on an ad-hoc basis and set whatever we wanted to. Then around 2024 came round they suddenly reset the credit limit to 0 without notice and we had to settle the credit card bill early before the cards would work again. After that in May 2025 they did the same; just turned the credit card limit without notice. So effectively they have gone from being a credit card company to a debit card company.... The change was poorly handled - they didn't tell us in advance, no forewarning, no communication - just switched all of our cards off.
