For the first 12-months of service I would given a 5-stars.... we applied and got the account setup. It worked like any other credit card system except it had a very user-friendly dashboard where the stakeholders could create cards for their staff on an ad-hoc basis and set whatever we wanted to. Then around 2024 came round they suddenly reset the credit limit to 0 without notice and we had to settle the credit card bill early before the cards would work again. After that in May 2025 they did the same; just turned the credit card limit without notice. So effectively they have gone from being a credit card company to a debit card company.... The change was poorly handled - they didn't tell us in advance, no forewarning, no communication - just switched all of our cards off.

These guys are a bunch of cowboys masquerading as a reputable Fintech company. Shady business operations, slow or erroneous payment transfer, very poor customer service.

There are a lot of other options out there - do not use this company.

THIS IS SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We have opened an account in Reap and have been using it simply by adding funds to the account and paying salaries. We never applied for any credit line, and we never went into overdraft, but we ended with 6000+ USD as a debt with 25% annual interest that grows every day.
They don't reply for weeks and, when replying, just request to pay this debt which has never been created. We have all incoming and upcoming transaction history proving this is insane and has no justification.
We can't close our account and we have no money to cover this debt. I'm desperate now, and I have no idea how I can get out of this situation.
Please avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to end in a similar situation.

The credit was used only once on their website and then there were unauthorised transaction.
Turns out was run by chinese.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience with this company in order to warn others. I've been waiting for payout of around $10,000 USD, which was supposed to be released after three working days. Instead, it's been over a month, and my payout is still pending.

Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response or assistance. It's beyond frustrating - it feels like daylight robbery. The lack of communication and utter disregard for their clients is appalling.

I have been emailing, messaging every single day for a month now and NONE got responded.

The stress and uncertainty of not knowing if or when my funds will be released have caused me sleepless nights and financial anxiety. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Don't make the same mistake I did - there are plenty of other more reliable and reputable options out there.

The credit card is easy-to-use, you can create as many virtual cards or physical cards for as many team members as you see fit. It also supports cryptocurrencies. Provides exclusive customer service, able to resolve your query in a short time.

This is a rogue company run by Chinese. They debit bank card without processing transaction properly. They also play deaf when this is brought to them.

I've had colleagues come to me and complain about having to use a mixture of paper and spreadsheets to process expenses. It's seriously affecting the productivity of our employees.

A useful tool for expense management! I am using their corporate credit card and it save me a lot of time reconciling expenses with their employee cards feature. The Xero integration also been a great help to our accounting department.
Simple and easy for the whole company to use!

Reap is one of the market's most innovative and user-friendly financial services products. They've made a product, their corporate card solution, easy to use, and it solves a variety of banking challenges for both mid to large enterprises. Last but not least, they care about the end users (financial controllers and employees) behind the scenes!

Company staff seems fishy and sticky fingered. Got 2 cards that were only used here which then later on both got fraud transactions.

A financial company without proper financial standards. For a few times, recipient informed that payment was missing. Got to search through all transactions to find out Reap did not process each transaction one by one. Practically ruining financial trust between you and your partner. Also there are unknown charges on your accounts and for your account security I suggest everyone to stay away.

Poor customer service. Not recommended. I have had an issue regarding the extra charges. They first said it was the foreign exchange charges and then with my further explanation, they ignored all my response.

Absolutely not recommended. I send 2 payments to a recipient for different purposes, and they combined them into 1 and drop all the payment references. They do this just to "save cost", but created a lot of chaos because the recipient cannot find the corresponding payment! They also charged a wrong fee due to an error occurred months ago and they have been ignoring my emails and support messages for more than 3 weeks already!

Reap allows you to pay bills/expenses using your credit card that you normally would not be able to. This allows you to manage your cash flow better.

Highly recommended for small businesses needing to pay expenses better
