Our team of instructors all come from an emergency services background and between them, they have over 300 years of operational experience in their respective fields from the Fire & Rescue Service, Specialist Rope Rescue Units, North West Ambulance Service, USAR Teams and Mountain Rescue. We currently work with large companies such as IKEA, Leonardo and DHL training candidates for Work at Height and Pallet Recovery and Rescue at their large distribution centres across the UK. We also work with United Utilities, Sapphire Utilities, Senator Group, Westinghouse (Springfields Ltd) and Sellafield Ltd. training candidates in Low, Medium and High Risk Confined Space Training & Confined Space Supervisor. We specialise in Rescue Team training and provide this for companies such as Mitie, Sellafield, Westinghouse, BAE and Manchester Airport for their on-site Fire & Rescue Services. An example of some of the other companies we currently provide training for: City of London, Heyrod Construction, Morgan Sindall, Ward & Burke, Global Renewables, AGC Chemicals, Victrex, Lancashire Constabulary, Lancashire Fire & Rescue and many more. Just completed my second course with Ian Rawlinson for confined space rescue and again it was an excellent course and the facilities and training were amazing, the instructors are a wealth of knowledge and pleasure to train with. Can’t recommend enough 5 Stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Confined Space High Risk…
Attended Confined Space High Risk Rescue course and once again was well impressed with all aspects of the facility and course. Ian Rawlinson was a first class instructor who delivered the course in an easy to understand manner. Would highly recommend to anybody who is thinking of participating in a course with REAX.

I’ve done a lot of first aid courses…
I’ve done a lot of first aid courses over the years but this one was easily the best. Paul has obviously had to use the skills he is teaching and his first hand experience shows. I came away from the course with a better understanding of real life situations and felt confident I have the knowledge to help someone. Thanks

Work at Height refresher…
Attended a work at height refresher course.
Greeted by our instructor (Ian) outside the building who explained precautions due to covid that REAX are taking. So before we started we all had our temperature checked etc.
The course itself was very good, delivered in a friendly manner, our instructor was very knowledgeable with lots of experience.
The morning was taken up with all the theory.
Dinner wasn't provided, because of covid!
The afternoon session was the practical, climbing around in the harnesses provided, learning new techniques, the frames and scaffolding are well set up and great for learning on.
The end of the day was the obligatory test and if you had been paying attention all points had been covered.
Very happy with the course.

First aid course
Paul is a good tutor and delivered the course very well we all understood wot is expected from us as first aiders and I feel more comfortable in helping someone if they was to need first aid and the holiday Inn express in Liverpool was a nice venue

Had 4 days with Ian doing Rescue skills for fire service, 1st class instructor and facilities. Whatever skill or scenario you want they can put together and pass on all their knowledge and experience. Look forward to coming back
