This has now been resolved with the refund cleared in my account. I wish Rebecca and the team well as the products are beautiful. Maybe a bit of a review around the refund process is required? - I have held off posting this as I appreciate that this is a small business. I have been waiting almost 7 weeks for a refund on 2 dresses which, though beautiful, were too small.
Despite numerous emails and assurances that the refund would be processed I am getting nowhere.
I only wish I had read the other reviews regarding this issue before buying.
Looks like it will be a small claims court action now as I cannot afford to just lose over £500.

I ordered a dress from RR and sadly it didn't fit ,too small .
I contacted customer services and they were fantastic I sent the dress back paid £50 , sent my measurements a few weeks later I git the dress back fits perfect with a lovely note inside .
Yes you do wait a bit but just be patient it's well worth it 👌

This is my first time ordering from Rebecca Rhoades and I too am struggling receiving any contact or refund . Whilst the clothing is top notch their customer service is far from acceptable but maybe now they will respond to my credit card provider . 🙂 Great news my refund has now been resolved and my faith back in Rebecca Rhodes .

Received the dress today, it is absolutely beautiful. The fit and the cut is really nice. Very pleased.

Ordered multiple dresses and loungewear from Rebecca. The prints are unusual and always get lots of compliments.
Reading other reviews people need to remember this is a small business so things may take longer but the quality of the clothes are always worth it!

Very upsetting.
I returned 2 dresses because they were a little tight and didn't fit me as I had hoped.
Almost a month after confirming receipt of my return, they still haven't refunded me. I am owed over £530!
I have emailed the info@ account and got no reply. Emailed Rebecca directly to be told the issue would be resolved on 17 July, however, I’m still waiting.
It's such a shame as the dress was beautiful just not for me and they are not sticking to their refund policy.
I fear I am going to have to go to the small claims court as it's simply too much money to forget about.
I would avoid this company until they can dramatically improve their customer service.

My favourite dress makers. Beautiful styles, print and quality. Always had great customer service from the team in Leeds. I ordered very last minute for the races and the dress arrived in time. Got three RR dresses and love them all. Everybody comments on the dresses.

Beautiful dress! I don't normally write reviews and I must admit I was slightly worried when I bought the dress as there are some negative reviews on trustpilot. Before I ordered I asked for the waist measurement and they promptly replied which enabled me to buy the right size from the outset. It was made clear that the dress will take 2 weeks as they are made to order - I was happy with this. As we approached 2 weeks I received an email saying there was a slight delay on the fabric. I asked if I could have a fabric sample so in the meantime I could match shoes/bags. That came the next day. A few days later the dress arrived. It was worth waiting for. Absolutely stunning, beautifully made and tailored - fits perfectly. I will 100% be buying again. Please ignore the bad reviews, enjoy what feels like bespoke clothing and support British businesses

My go to for “special occasion” dresses. I’m tall (5’11”) so getting maxi dresses that are long enough is really difficult. Rebecca Rhoades custom made for me, so it fits like a glove.

Rebecca Rhoades is just amazing! The dresses she creates are just stunning!!! Rebecca works tirelessly to get your dress perfect and won’t stop till she’s happy with it, she made all my beautiful bridesmaids dresses and my evening dress for my wedding in Marbella they were all absolutely stunning!

I’ve had several dresses from RR and also had casual things like sweatshirts and leggings all of which have been amazing quality and you certainly feel special wearing them. Delivery isn’t next day as most things are made to order (so not mass produced) so bear that in mind, but this is explained on the well. Rebecca also made our bespoke bridesmaids dresses for my friends wedding and WOW they were amazing, the service from start to finish was truly amazing and very professional. I would 100% recommend RR especially if you are looking for something for a special occasion or just want to treat yourself

Just received my palm print Esma maxi dress and I LOVE IT! So flattering, always beautiful prints and I always feel a million dollars in a Rebecca Rhoades dress. Another to add to my collection!

I couldn’t have asked for better customer service and reliability. I’m attending the royal garden party next week (21st may) and as I ordered my dress I did see it can take up to 14 days to arrive- my heart sank!!! As I ordered a size 10&12 I had everything crossed they could help. I emailed them describing my sadness and hope they could get something out! After a really quick response they got the size12 to me but told me the size 10 would take longer. They sent me the 12. I received the 12 on the Tuesday (I ordered Sunday), it fit like a dream my refund for the 10 has already gone through (Thursday/today). I am ready to rock for Charles and Camilla! Thanks sooooo much 🥰

Just ordered 3 new bespoke dresses from Rebecca. I’ve been ordering from Rebecca Rhodes for a number of years now and every time I wear one of her designs I get so many compliments. These are dresses that you can have in your wardrobe and pull out for any occasion they never date and make you feel amazing. RR never fails to deliver - thank you so much

I absolutely adore Rebecca Rhoades clothes. I get so many comments when I’m wearing any of her pieces… I have jumpsuits, dresses, tops and trousers and always see other items I love that I try not to visit the website!!!

Nothing is any trouble. She goes out of her way to help you find THAT outfit, and the fact that you can order any style in any of her patterns & designs is just brilliant.

Made my dress for my daughter’s wedding. The fabric was incredibly luxurious and the trip to the studio was so relaxing. I’ve never felt so fabulous or had so many compliments. I also ordered another dress for evenings. Also felt fabulous and Rebecca made adjustments to compliment my shape. Would definitely recommend for all occasions.

I have several Rebecca Rhoades items and every item is beautifully made. The prints are stunning and I am in awe of Rebecca’s talent.
Most recently Rebecca made me a bespoke dress for a close friends wedding, she tailor-made it with some extra length on the skirt and I picked out the style and print - I got so many lovely compliments.
It did take a couple of weeks to arrive except when I’ve ordered from the sample sale and I had those items in 2-3 days.
