Rebels subscription process customer unfriendly
I have no comment to make about the news content but the sign-up 'trial' process is daunting. It appears impossible to stop this or prevent a full subscription auto-renewing. Hence, annually for the past four years, my credit card gets charged and I cannot get an answer from Rebel to my email queries. Auto-renewal is a disingenuous thing especially favored by US/Canadian companies. It's an aggressive policy and is profit rather than customer-focussed. I find it very distasteful and alarming ... puts me off buying anything that's not made in my own country. There needs to be clear pathways to resolve issues like this and good communication about subscription renewal. Think Rebel can do much better.
