after 51 emails to me Belle now says the ceo will call me after ignoring my requests to speak to someone else who made sense. Now the ceo cannot manage to dial my number. Doesn't get worse than this.
Now they are saying that they don't know the dial code for Australia. An international company and they can't dial my number. I have never heard such lame excuses. It will be weeks before I get a call. Stay tuned peops.

Days go by and the liars have not phoned me as promised. Question to the public: please attach your answers. My belts from Rebelsmarket were covered in some chemical that had a terrible stink which made me nauseous and coated my fingers in an irritating chemical, which I had to wash off. I told REBELSMARKET about this and they told me to return the belts but they told me it's a change of mind return, not a defective product return. They lie and try to make it a change of mind return to avoid paying the return postage. Beware of this. What do you think?

Defective products: rebels market sent us 2 premium leather belts with Italian names that turned out to be Chinese B grade garbage. The problems were that the belts had a terrible chemical stench that was nauseating and we had to put them in the garage because of the nauseating smell. When you touched the belts with your fingers they left chemical residues on the skin that made the skin irritated and dry, not dissimilar to when you get petrol on your fingers. The manager Belle refused to acknowledge these problems and pretended to say that it was a buyers remorse return so they can avoid paying us the postage costs that we should receive under their stated returns policy that states that buyer pays for return postage in cases of defective products. These people are liars and treat us with disdain. Don't waste your time with them. Buy from reputable dealers like Amazon.

Rebels Market allows you to look through the merchandise of different stores and private vendors based on your search, and when you buy from different vendors, you still have one shopping cart. I like this because it’s easier to keep track of what I bought and what I’m spending. You also have a huge selection, so you’re more likely to find what you’re looking for. I’ll definitely order from them again. I even put the website in my favorites.

I purchased 'Bacchanal Rose Ring' through Rebelsmarket. It arrived quickly considering the distance it was shipped. It was well packaged to help protect it from any possible damage! This is the most Beautiful ring I now have just love their product and service!

This was my first order from Rebelsmarket. Overall, the selection is amazing, prices are great and the shopping experience easy. The one thing I would caution is to realize that the market is made up of lots of different sellers and each seller has their own shipping times and prices, so pay careful attention to that. I ordered 4 items from 3 sellers. One arrived in a week, one arrived in 3 weeks, and the last seller's items took a month and half to arrive. This is not a complaint, because each seller had their policies clearly stated, but if you aren't paying attention, this could catch you up.

This website is LEGIT. I've shopped many different alternative style websites only to get halloween costume crap. The stuff on Rebels Market is the real deal. You pay for what you get and I don't mind paying for quality which is what you will get. I live that my band can finally get real stage attire.

I ordered a pair of pants Dr. Frankenstein Black Gothic Vamp Brocade skinny pants. They are wonderful.

Some items come quick, some slower. I'm not going to knock a star off as I am the one that makes some of those choices and when buying online I expect the time delay.

I was really pleasantly surprised with the quality of a set of pants that I bought for my wife. She loves them and likes all the small details. I think it was a real great find.

I think things are sourced from many smaller vendors possibly, so there are never any guarantees, though from what I've looked for and found, I've been happy.

The comments or reviews on the site can be helpful when someone posts that sizes are asian sizing or that they come small so as to know to adjust accordingly has been beneficial.

All in all, I am always happy to find a nice find on Rebelsmarket.

Most items I received are being sent back to the sellers. Not haqppy with Quality of items. Items appear to be knockoff from images shown. Only items that came looking like image was from within Canada, anything from china ids being sent back. Ive had the same issue with buying off amazon.

I ordered a dress from here and couldnt be more happy with it! Shipping was pretty fast and the customer service was amazing.

There is no respect to handmade sellers from Rebelsmarket support.
They don't need handmade products anymore on their site.
Rebelsmarket offer more and more Chinese products.
Before Rebelsmarket was valuable for me as a handmade jewelry master... but now support connects you in a rude manner and pushes to make refunds after buyer wear a product. Support Manager Belle said that their legal terms are nothing, and she makes sure they deleted. According Rebelsmarket legal terms, customer cannot return an item if its used or damaged (unless it was damaged on transit). But Support Manager said that they have bad policy, which she makes sure is deleted soon. I've sent a message to their Legal Department, but Support Manager Belle wrote to me: "I have made sure our CEO is aware of your email, including the one you just sent a moment ago, and have also CCd him on this email. This section of the FAQ will be removed due to abuse of the wording that is causing you not to provide appropriate support to this customer." How support Manager can delete messages to CEO? She has no respect to their own CEO!...Unfortunately, Rebelsmarket wants to work with Chinese sellers only.

Typically, when I order from anywhere other than Amazon.com, I assume I'm not going to see my items for a few weeks. But I was so wrong this time. I got my tank top within a couple of days and was so surprised! The "I Hate Heavy Metal" tank top is awesome- it fits right and the fabric is pretty nice. It was a big hit with my heavy metal loving boyfriend lol. I will definitely order again from Rebels :)

Received the item yesterday and am very satisfied. I love the quality and the fit is perfect and was based on their size chart. Their staff (Belle) kept me updated on the progress right up to the delivery date. I feel very confident ordering from them again.

In this store there is no quality control of the goods sold.There was a feeling that the sellers presented on the website,with the help of it get rid of defective,stale goods. Buy at your own risk. I've had no luck. The first time came jeans with a defective print. True the money was returned. Immediately ordered other jeans and they came on 31st of sizes, leg size 28th. This time the shop didn't even bother to answer the letter.Money, naturally, was gone. Apparently the stock of decency had been exhausted after the first time.I will never deal with this store again and I do not recommend it to you. Again, based on personal experience
