Despite some poor reviews online, I went ahead and ordered a mod with a DNA 100c chipset. Prior to ordering I contacted customer service regarding colors and they were very rapid with their responses (under one hour approximately). This is despite me being on US time.

The mod took three weeks to manufacture, I did not ask ahead of time as I realize especially in colors that are not black they are often custom printed. I personally do not find this excessive. After waiting a few weeks when I emailed them again they said it would ship the next day and sent me a tracking number; I had it in the US in under a week.

Post-purchase their customer support has been equally responsive. I contacted them on the weekend and felt bad but they still responded right away. The battery door was tight to remove but they assured me this was the nature of 3d printing with Nylon and it will relax with time.

Overall it seems that whatever issues with customer service were present before care has been taken to rectify.

Looks like scam. Asked for tracking number 4 times!!!!! and no reply. Stay away!!!!

Absolutely shocking service .. stay away . Orders take sooo long or they don't come at all !!

Untrustworthy, avoid. Very poor communication and postage times, despite saying dispatch is next working day. After claiming they had posted my mod the following working day, no tracking showing and RM confirmed they had not posted 4 days later. After multiple emails I managed to log a dispute with my bank and amazingly they responded straight away but lied about the parcel having been posted, which it clearly hadn’t otherwise it would have arrived 2 weeks after the purchase.

Ordered in the 12th November it's now the 25th and still no sign of delivery

We received the device, there was no fault with it, the engineers have tested several times. Maybe you used the wrong temp or material setting. It possible you screwed the tank down too hard maybe and the 510 was stuck

There was no 'shorted' error in diagnostic, there was 'no atomiser' notification is when connection is not complete or it cannot read your coils. maybe even it was a faulty coil

I tested 2 mods with same sittings and coil.
Ps. Worst Design:
It is in no way waterproof, and you will never get the inner batteries out

ERROR MESSAGES

The DNA 75C will indicate a variety of error states.

No Atomizer:
The DNA does not detect an atomizer.

Check Atomizer:
The DNA does not detect an atomizer, the atomizer has shorted out, or the atomizer resistance is incorrect for the power setting

Check Battery:
The battery is deeply discharged and needs to be charged, or is
damaged. If this happens, the DNA 75C will not fire the atomizer. The Check Battery message will continue to display for a few seconds after attempting to fire the device. User should remove and replace the battery.

Shorted:
The atomizer or wiring are short circuited. Ohms Too Low:
The resistance of the atomizer coil is too low for the current wattage setting. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Ohms Too Low message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of puff.

Ohms Too High:
The resistance of the atomizer coil is too high for the current wattage setting. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage.

Ohms Too High message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of puff.

Temperature Protected:
The heating coil reached the maximum allowed temperature during the puff. If
this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage.

Weak Battery:
The battery needs to be charged, or a higher amp rated battery needs to be used. If this happens, the DNA 75C will continue to fire the atomizer, but will not be able to provide the desired wattage. The Weak Battery message will continue to display for a few seconds after the end of the puff.

Return To Researcher:
The DNA has reached a limit configured by a researcher.

Too Hot:
The DNA 75C has onboard temperature sensing. It will shut down and display this message if the internal board temperature becomes excessive
