Terrible

A very long delay between the order registration and the actual delivery of the money.
And the rout was closed for over 10 days.

The estimated average transfer timeframe was provided in the confirmation email and on the tracking page. In this case, the recipient received the funds within about 24 hours after your payment was confirmed. However, there was an earlier delay because an NZD payment account was not immediately available when your order was submitted.

Availability can sometimes be affected by banking limitations and market demand for buying or selling currencies on particular routes. We apologise for the inconvenience and will continue working to improve both availability and communication during such delays.
