Having said that, we have had some clients lose in excess of a stone during the Reboot week but weight loss is not something we focus on. Reboot Fitness and Weight Loss Boot Camps does not advertise itself as a "drop a dress size in a week" boot camp. Any boot camp can make you drop a dress size in a week by not feeding you properly but this is neither healthy or sustainable. We have some clients who come to Reboot because they are obese and sedentary and other clients who come to train for specific events such as triathlons, marathons, Iron Man, etc. Every client will be pushed to their own personal limit in a healthy, educational and structured manner.

Reboot Dorset is the real deal.
I was slightly fearful booking onto a bootcamp week that it wouldn't test me enough and I'd end up being starved and miserable. But I need not have worried. The fantastic fitness team push you to your limits (and beyond) and cater to all fitness levels and abilities.
The food was outstanding, served by the friendly and ever-smiley Sandy. I never went hungry.
As a regular gym user and healthy eater, I still learnt a lot from the presentations and the abundance of information given.
I had an absolute blast with fantastic people, glorious scenery and challenging workouts.
Looking forward to going back.

Fantastic bootcamp
I couldn't recommend this bootcamp enough, highly recommend for anyone who wants to kick start your wellbeing and fitness - suitable for all ability and ages.
What I achieved in 5 days still amazes me!! I enjoyed it so much more than I thought I would. Challenging but rewarding! I was very apprehensive about going on the bootcamp because I thought it was going to be led by people barking and shouting orders and unrealistic expectations. Especially as I hadn't exercised for along time before the bootcamp week.
The team - Mark, James and Neil are great, motivating, enthusiastic. Reboot has a great formula and balance. There is a holistic, and more importantly realistic, view of exercise, wellbeing, healthy eating and fitness. There was a group of mixed ability and ages but they adapted the sessions where required but still pushed everyone in their own way to achieve. We had fun, great banter and worked hard at the same time.
The accommodation was nice, beauty views, our room was spacious and comfortable. Amazing setting and view, especially when we worked out by the coast. Lovely hot showers (or bath) after day of activity, achievements and talks/presentation.
There was an unlimited supply of hot drinks (fresh lemon and ginger, herbal tea) and water. The food portions were smaller than I normally have but was more than sufficient and we didn't go hungry. I eat much better since returning home. Thumbs up to the chef Sheralyn.
I waited a few weeks to give a review as wanted to see what the aftercare was like. This is a brilliant addition to the bootcamp and great support to building exercise into your weekly schedule. Mark gives a personalise fitness plan every week based on the previous week exercise and my goals I set before we finished the bootcamp.
The group I was on the bootcamp with are still all in touch too!
Inspirational, motivating, life changing, beautiful, memorable, educational, challenging, rewarding, fulfilling. Brilliant - everything I needed. Couldn't have asked for more.
Long review, I know, but its worth it.

Number 1 bootcamp for good reasons!
A fantastic second Reboot for me - it was so good first time 2 years ago that I had to do it again! It isn't just the insightful exercise and nutrition education, or the excellent instructors, or even Sheralyn's plentiful and superb food - for me, it also the opportunity to get some head space, reset myself, think about my attitude and approach to life as well as motivations and priorities. I think it likely I will be back some time....when my broken body has recovered and forgotten the intense hard work (many muscles still aching deeply as I type this!). Massive thank you to the team - brilliant week. For anyone thinking about it - do it! Most attendees come on their own - any nerves or trepidation will disappear within 30 minutes of arriving. It does not matter about your fitness (or lack of it) as the instructors skilfully tailor every session so that everyone is pushed to their individual limits - and all in beautiful surroundings with stunning scenery. Also thanks to Sue who seamlessly does all the administration work in the back ground.

Had a fantastic week at reboot. It was challenging, but absolutely rewarding and you soon realise that you are capable of so much more. The food was lovely and the grounds itself was beautiful. I would definitely recommend reboot in Dorset to anyone thinking of doing a fitness bootcamp.

Reboot is such an amazing experience
Reboot is such an amazing experience! I had never done a boot camp before but needed a kick to get back to a healthy mind set. Going on reviews I saw for this boot camp I booked it up and would be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous about it!
Mark, Neil and James are knowledgeable, fun and push you to achieve the best you can. There’s no shouting in your face and every fitness ability is tailored for in the amazing Dorset scenery! No 2 days are the same and by the end of it you’ll feel like a new person with lots of knowledge and 12 weeks of training plans to follow up with based on your goals. It’s incredible to realise what you are capable of achieving and the guys really help with that.
For anyone currently contemplating booking on.. Do it! It’s number 1 for a reason! Some advice however…
1. Bring your best banter as the group and team spirit is amazing!
2. Take a suitcase big enough to fit a person in, you’ll want to kidnap the chef and believe me it would be worth the jail time! Eating healthy never tasted so good!
Reboot Doset - A brilliant bootcamp experience
I visited Reboot Dorset just over week ago and it really was an amazing fun experience. From the moment I placed my booking Susan in the office was super organised and went out of her way to answer any questions I had which I found really helpful.
There were 16 of us in total, all completely different fitness levels which worked really well.
Each day was well structured with lots of fun activies, the atmosphere and team spirit within the group was amazing, we would all support each other, a great team building experience.
The food was great too, the resident chef Sharalyn put together really lovely meals and was happy to cater for people with specific dietary requirements.
The instructors Mark, Neil and James were great and full of encouragement. I hadn’t done a great deal of exercise for about 2 years so for me this really was a way to give myself a reboot and it really worked. I would recommend Reboot Dorset to anyone who is looking for a fun week away with a like minded bunch of people. It took me a long time to book this but I am so glad I did because 5 days of good exercise, good company and good nutritious food is just what I needed to get myself back on the healthy path.
Nothing to be scared of - get involved.
I've been to a few bootcamps and this was the most fun and no-nonsense one with an actual goal and plan to follow after so you don't go off thinking you can conquer the world then give up shortly after. Very inclusive for all abilities and not shouty so don't let the words bootcamp put you off. Get involved, work hard, enjoy the banter.
I can recommend this to anyone!
I entered the training week with a 2 year old injury in my calf that I had been “training around” for the last 20 months not to injure it again. They thought me that the only way to fix it was to train it and to make it stronger. I did more than I ever thought I could do again without it hurting one bit. I can now train again for my favorite exercise; running a 10 k! For them; just another day at the office, for me; life changing. Can’t thank you guys enough for the support!
What an inspirational week
What an inspirational week! I jumped into the deep end to reboot my fitness and couldn't have come to a better place to really push me to the limit and achieve what I didn't think was possible. From great instructors to healthy food reboot will really put you on the path to fitness.
I loved it from start to finish
I loved it from start to finish. I met great people, ate fantastic and nutritious food and had beautiful accommodation.
The guys create a really fun, diverse and challenging set of classes, activities and presentations to do in the week. I’m pretty fit and I rinsed myself - it was great...but what i loved was that every class was actually accessible and enjoyable for people of all levels of fitness so I could get what i wanted and still enjoy the exercises with the full group. The coaches manage and calibrate every class to your personal level really really well.
I also learnt a lot in the week to take away with me and think about. The guys have some great knowledge and insights.
Whether you haven’t walked a mile in 10 years or you run 10 miles everyday you’ll get something from Reboot - loved it ��

BOOK IT! BOOK IT NOW!!! I was considering booking a boot camp for about a year. I looked at various camps but Reboot stood out to me. My friend encouraged me to book it and my god did it surpass all expectations. Without a doubt one of the best things I have ever done in my life. I loved every single second and am wondering if it is too soon to go back (I left a week ago today!). You really put your body to the test and push it to the extremes but all of activities and exercises are so varied and different there is something for everyone, some of them don’t even feel like exercise as they are so much fun. The food is amazing and I was not hungry once. Everyone had noticeable lost inches by the end of the week and had the biggest smile on their faces. Watching my fellow campers overcome personal obstacles and achieve what they never thought possible was the icing on the cake. The trainers are all brilliant and know exactly what they are talking about. They kept us motivated and up beat for the whole week. I personally was pushed further than I felt was possible and I feel amazing for it, stronger (mentally as well as physically), fitter and I know I can go out there and achieve my fitness and nutrition goals.
This Boot Camp was amazing
This Boot Camp was amazing. I arrived there as a fairly active person, who has had some success with fitness and weight loss in the past, however I always seem to plateau after losing that first Stone. I have to admit that although I have always been really keen on the Boot Camp concept, I was a little sceptical about whether it was the right thing for me. I could not have been more wrong. This camp was so much more than just exercising …. our group became like a small family very quickly, cheering each other on, pushing each other to give 100% then afterwards when relaxing, we shared stories and experiences, supporting one another. The staff were unbelievably enthusiastic and shared their knowledge and skills in such a positive way you could not help but be motivated to try your hardest. Yes, some sessions were a challenge but none were impossible and there was a lot of focus on you being set your own personal goals, which meant everybody achieved their targets. I thought this camp would be a mere kick-start for me and that I would be left to my own devices afterwards however it became very clear that they are there to help you for months to come, tailoring individual fitness plans and monitoring your progress, adjusting them when/where necessary. I learned a lot about myself, not only how food/exercise impact my body and my performance but also how effective positive thinking can be. I would thoroughly recommend this camp to anyone, whatever your current physical state may be, it was truly an amazing week and I will definitely be back
Reboot Dorset 5th-9th Feb 2018
14 of us attended boot camp from 5th Feb to 9th Feb. Each one of us had our own (very different) reasons to attend. If I had to describe boot camp in words it would be tough, painful, tiring BUT rewarding, amazing, educational and fulfilling. I would recommend it to anyone who is reading this testimonial. The fact you are reading means you have searched for a boot camp and I’d say Reboot ticked all of my boxes.
The accommodation is comfortable and warm! The location outstanding – the Dorset coastline is stunning. Sheralyn feeds you and you never feel hungry! With 20 hours + of physical fitness, Mark, Neil and Joe will push you to your limits. They are also supportive along the way. You will also learn loads about nutrition and wellness through about 10 hours of talks, which I found hugely informative.
Your body will hurt in so many places but the team and your fellow campers will get you through.
Would I go again – absolutely!

I can not explain how great an experience this was. It really is life changing. I’ve learnt so much and found out so much about myself. I accomplished things I never thought possible. The support from the instructors is amazing, the way they get the best out of you is incredible. As a group you can’t help but bond. The food is amazing!! I’ve left the camp feeling physically and mentally amazing and able to continue the camp into my everyday life. Thank you reboot!!!!!!

Kick Start at ReBoot!
I’ve just come back from a weeks Boot camp with ReBoot. It was my 1st experience of a boot camp and I really didn’t know what to expect. I went on my own (50 something year old woman) without a big history of exercise or fitness. Kind of a foody / couch potato type with a full on job.
Today - 1st day back at home I’m still over the moon with what I achieved.
The ReBoot team are all amazing - the instructors are so motivating and really spur you on. There’s a huge variety of different activities that use all muscle groups and the team work with the other Booters is something I’ll remember for ever.

After spending time researching lots of Health & Fitness camps, boot camps & health retreats, I found Reboot.
After looking at the content of the Reboot website and reading many great reviews and testimonials I decided that Reboot was exactly what I was looking for.
Well I was totally right, the 5 day residential course was fantastic. It was totally diverse, challenging, educational and inspirational.
We had a fabulous group of people, all with very different fitness levels and capabilities, we all bonded from day one and supported each other the whole time.
The course comprised of a great mix of physical activities together with physical/motivational & nutritional education.
The venue was superb, set in a beautiful small Dorset village. Accommodation was clean and well managed, the food was excellent and all extremely healthy & nutritious.
Last of all the instructors were superb, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They supported and encouraged every one of us no matter what their level of fitness was, they continued to motivate us all every step of the way.
Overall Reboot totally exceeded my expectations, I came away losing weight, feeling fitter & healthier and much more knowledgeable about Fitness & Nutrition.

Amazing- Best Experience Ever
I arrived at Reboot nervous, unfit and overweight. Mark, Joe & Neil were amazing they supported me all the way even when I was struggling they continued to encourage me. The whole experience from the food, to the people and the views were fantastic. I was pushed to limits I'd never been before and I cannot wait to carry on and I cannot thank them enough for giving me the tools and courage to carry on. A must do at least once.

I’ve just come back from a week at Reboot and I can’t recommend it enough. If you are looking at getting your fitness back on track, Reboot gives you everything you need to do that, whatever your ability. Set in a lovely country house in a gorgeous location, you will spend a fair amount of the time outside working out to amazing views. Every day is a full programme and the more intense sessions are interspersed with talks on nutrition, motivation, etc. The food is also delicious and gives you new ideas for when you return home.
You will be pushed to your limits but you get all the help and encouragement you need to see yourself making progress: not only from the instructors but also the rest of the group (everyone was really encouraging and supportive no matter what your ability). Reboot has put together a really varied programme in different locations, including some fun challenges (I won’t spoil the surprises!). By the end of the week, everyone in the group had made visible progress.
I can also highly recommend booking a massage - you will need it and it was a total treat after all that hard work.
The support doesn’t stop when you leave Reboot - Mark will help you set and achieve a 3 month fitness goal, with weekly training programmes.
