Do not buy from this company. I haven’t received my item and the company does not respond. It’s been over a month.

Do yourself a favour, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. AVOID.

Awful service, takes about 20 emails to get one response, which is so generic you might as well not bother. Ordered over 3 weeks ago, no updates on the prep of an order, no tracking info. Don't bother with this company.

Ordered a large bundle to try them out quality was very poor and small sizes. Around 20% in my opinion unsaleable. I had no response for 2 weeks to my complaint and when I chased up and got a response it was rude and stated I had ordered from them before and made a complaint.

After doing some digging I realised they used to be called vault vintage and I ordered from them a few years back and had the same issues and never ordered again.

Shocking quality and shocking customer service my advice look to their competitors that are much better.

Originally they said they would offer a partial refund for the damaged goods but then backtracked and said if i wanted any refund I would need to go through my credit card provider.

Sent me a load of tat, nothing is vintage, supposed to be grade A dont make me laugh. No chance making money from these thieves, honestly don't buy from this company they are thieves who don't answer you once you've ordered. Nobody has anything good to say about them for good reason.

Ordered 50 grade A adults jackets. Double checked before ordering that grade A meant all zips working, no tears etc and it would be a fair mix of sizes. Was told yes to both and my order would be double checked. Order arrived and had jackets with broken zips, holes in arms, lining completely disintegrating. Had kids jackets in there and 80% small womens sizes. Clearly the leftovers of a handpick etc, not as advertised at all.

Conversation was back & forth before sale. When there was a problem it was extremely hard to get a response. Kept getting told it would be sorted but nothing. After 2 weeks of chasing & stress, and after the threat of a chargeback, i finally got issued a partial refund.

I would stay well away. They used to be vault vintage which had terrible reviews on trustpilot. They rebranded as reborn vintage and was apparently under new management, so thought i’d give them another go, but its just the same company with a new name. Stay well away, there are plenty of wholesalers out there that wont rip you off!

Edit. After seeing this review they had the nerve to message me saying i am banned for life from shopping with them…. I wouldn’t shop with them again if they were the only wholesaler in the country. Made me laugh at least.

Warning,DO NOT BUY from this wholesaler! We ordered about 50kg of stock in July and it never arrived. They didn't refund us and they have ignored all our emails and insta messages. Luckily we paid by credit card and our credit card company refunded us. Will be reporting them to Trading Standards.

Avoid at all costs. After 3 weeks of chasing had to raise a dispute with my bank as requests for shipping updates were being ignored. Nearly a week later I got an email back and clearly they had never shipped my order. Customer service is also a big letdown. After looking into the old name of vault vintage it would appear this is a regular thing. There are so many more reputable and reliable wholesalers out there, will not be ordering from here again

Made 2 orders, first order had missing items, was assured they would be included in 2nd order.
2nd order comes and there is a full box missing, about 1/3rd of 2nd order and the missing stock from first order.
When emailing them, they just started ignoring me, reached out on insta, they said they would look into it. Not hear anything for a week now.

My order was placed over 4 months ago and I an yet to receive anything and it is clear that I won't.
I bought £600 worth of stock on a half price deal so they had £300 of my money.
Several deadlines were missed and it was a long time before they even said it was sent. The tracking clearly shows my end that I have not received it, their end it shows somebody else has received it.
FOR MONTHS they have refused to refund me, saying that they will send my order.
I asked them politely to set a deadline for when this would be sorted by. I didn't hear from them by this deadline so I chased them up to be told that I would have the tracking number the next say. A week and a half on again no refund, no order, no tracking number... they have ignored all messages and now blocked me. They have taken hundreds of pounds and failed to deliver. ORDER WITH CAUTION!

P.s - if you're still torn... try finding them on Companies House to see how legitimate they are 😉

Ordered from them in the past and they have been really good so decided to take them up on their half price offer. This never arrived and had to chase them for my order. In the end I got sick of waiting and been fobbed off with excuses so asked for a refund. To be fair this arrived fast however they did not refund the £20 delivery fee to which I am STILL chasing!!

Yeah like the other bad reviews. If you don't like what they sent you, you have zero chance of getting your money back as they just ignore you. Their returns policy is a joke and probably only provided to those who don't buy their stock at a discount. Definitely avoid their discounted stock its terrible and low grade smelly tat. I'm gonna take it further wi legal action and charge them storage. Disgusting way to do business as they don't tell you the discounted stock is of a lower grade if its even gradable.

My experience with Reborn, and particularly Lawrence has been outstanding!
Cannot recommend them enough, always happy with my orders. Will not buy from any other company now!

Not good, having been a vintage seller for a few years now I have pretty much used everyone in the game. Saw these had a sale a £500 box for £250. Box came which was late but understandable due to the sale, inside was probably the worst stuff I’ve ever had. If I’d have had paid full price I would have made a loss. I emailed requesting to send it back and have been ignored. Just generally poor all round compared to the big names in the business. I will not ever be using again.

Scaling an independent second hand clothing store can be challenging. I’ve shopped with Reborn multiple times. The staff are extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly, having built up the business themselves from a similar position. The service they provide has been invaluable to me.

Great product and quick delivery. Communication really quick and super friendly. Will be back !

Placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received it . They don't reply to my emails of which I have sent many. Yet they still send offers to me every month by email.
