I would like to express my disappointment with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the school. My experience with them was marred by several concerning incidents. Initially, I felt pressured into paying a security deposit under the guise of receiving a special rate, which, upon reflection, I discovered was not the case as I already possessed that rate. Additionally, during the payment process, I encountered an uncomfortable insistence on screen sharing, which I found unnecessary and intrusive.

Furthermore, despite assurances from the trial lesson teacher that I would receive follow-up communication within two days, I experienced a complete lack of response for approximately ten days thereafter. This lack of communication was particularly frustrating given the anticipation my child had for attending classes.

My dissatisfaction extends to the customer support provided, which I found to be inflexible and lacking in understanding of their own product. I encountered contradictory information from different representatives—one collected my personal information and made assurances, while another adamantly maintained a stance against any possibility of refunds.

Overall, the handling of my case has left much to be desired. Both myself and my child have been left disheartened by this experience.

This company should worry about their reputation instead of fighting with me for an amount of money that is very insignificant for them.

The session was very useful and innovative.

Haven’t received the refund of my son’s unattended classes.Very very poor customer service . At the time of admission I was assured that if my son doesn’t complete the course the balance amount would be refunded in a day’s time.I have been calling and mailing Rebotica but their is no response at all …

Our experience with Rebotica has been very smooth. We started the class and my son really enjoyed attending the classes. The curriculum is really well designed and teaching is very effective. We had to pause due to some personal reasons and the refund process of pending classes was super prompt. Would really like to appreciate Mr Akkshay for his hand holding through the entire process.

The trail session was very good my child enjoyed.The teacher was very patient.
