Delivery took forever
Delivery took forever. Tracking didn't work. Wrong case sent. I've been back and forth with support a dozen times and I still dont have what I need

Very confusing and slow delivery
I waited a week before I got a tracking order number. Then only got the number after countless emails to re boxed, including being told it had already been delivered !! It was finally delivered 9 days after ordering and paying, and DPD left it behind my bin on the doorstep, with no delivery note through my door.

Would never use this company again! Hundreds of £'s down the drain!
Product stopped working. Went online and completed their faulty product process. There was no replacement product in stock, so I had to select refund. Fine. Bought the product elsewhere. Weeks passed due to an email postage label issue, then I finally got a label and sent the faulty product back. No refund was issued. A new product turned up. I didn't need this as I was made to believe I was getting a refund. They absolutely refused to accept any fault for this confusion. Apparently they never issue refunds outside of 30 days. Why let a customer select 'refund' if they're never going to issue one?
Would never use this company again.

Pity about the courier
Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the incompetent performance of the courier (DPD) which made what should have been simple transaction complicated and very frustrating. Not a reflection on Reboxed but I can't say my experiences was 5 star.

Put my order in and received the handset the next morning which was brilliant, couldn’t fault Reboxed.
Unfortunately the handset I received was faulty, not sure whether the parts used to recondition the phone were not installed properly or not original parts.
Waited a week for a returns label which I sent off the next day. Hoping to receive a replacement in the next few days as being without a phone in this day and age is a nightmare.

Very poor service. I ordered a replacement phone for my son who is away studying and I expected next day delivery!!
That phone never arrived!
I am giving them one star as once I logged my complaint, they dealt with it within a couple of days.
A telephone number would be helpful, rather than having to rely on e-mails!

Very glad to find the make and model of phone I was looking for, at a better value price for being refurbished. Less waste going to landfill and better for my budget!
The experience was similar to buying new, and the set up was just as simple. I kept my old number and contract since the phone was unlocked. The phone was packaged well and came pristine and as advertised. I could follow the delivery and leave instructions of needed.
