I’ve tried to quit this addiction on and off for over 10 years and have never had lasting success with all the different programs and methods I’ve tried.

I worked with Coach Frank one on one for 12 weeks alongside with the group calls and have really changed as a person, my urges are under control and my self discipline has increased immensely, I’ve even curbed my nicotine addiction to as a result of the increased self control.

I’ve really got my life under control now since taking the program and all areas of my life are improving week by week.

It's been a life-changing experience for me. After struggling with addiction for over 20 years, it was time to put an end to it. The program not only addresses the addiction, but also assists you in creating the life you desire. The assignments helped me in getting to the root of the addiction and understanding what the real problem was and why I'd been using porn as a coping mechanism. The weekly workshops have been extremely beneficial in releasing the shame I felt about my addiction, as well as receiving advice from Frank on how to navigate myself in various situations. Some might say I got lucky in July 2023 - with a random Google search - but I like to think it was for a reason - I yearned for 'something' I needed to break my chains, help my pain, I had simply had enough - and I got to watch Frank on a video podcast. Fast forward 2 weeks we had our initial call - then again 4 short months later as a graduate - if someone told me then how much I would grow, learn, love and change for the better as a man - mentally, physically and spiritually - I would have NEVER believed them OR that I could even do all those things.

For anyone serious about getting help & needing that extra 'push' - this is it! IT WILL TAKE WORK ON YOUR PART! Nothing ever worthwhile is easy - but all the lessons are placed perfectly over 16-weeks - AND ALL things that everyone can handle and start to implement into their daily lives. The support and accountability from the group & Frank - over chat & calls - are so uplifting. You need a team with you - you are never alone.

My life is now flipped 180 - overall I feel amazing - ready to attack & have fun in my day. I am more engaged in every aspect of life - family, friends and work. The shame cycle is a thing of the past - gratitude fills my days - living a clean life. Positive emotional & physical energy is back. I even took a hard approach at the physical side of the program - and lost 25lbs - moving from 245 to 220. And let me tell you about new-found confidence!

Frank is a great coach & has put together a multifaceted program that gets to the fundamentals of self care & setting you up to take the time to get to the roots of what drives your behaviors you’d seek to change. The twice weekly coaching calls are a great container to connect with our guys who are walking the same path. I’ve done 12step groups, Individual & Group Therapy and Rebuilt Recovery gave me something that was still missing from other resources, like a community that was at a similar point in their journey. People ready to make a change and break their own chains, it also helped in my focus to grow in fitness and spirituality which I’ve identified as things that serve the best version of myself.

I completed the Rebuilt Recovery program and worked with Frank doing private coaching for a number of months afterwards. Frank is truly in a league of his own. There simply is no one else out there that does what he does, and has the in-depth knowledge he has.

Like many men, I found that PMO had a massive negative impact on my life, success and relationships. But I wasn't sure where to turn. After some google searching, I found Rebuilt Recovery. I can 100% say that the program Frank has built and his private coaching have seen me through to completely quitting PMO and having the tools, mindset and knowledge of myself, and the old addiction, to remain PMO free.

This Program was great. Rich is the man! The one thing I would say is take this course IF you are ready to change your life. This was the first time I really tried growing up in my life and Rich was there the whole way.

Because I joined by instinct I really didn’t expect much from this course, rather I was scared if I joined something that wasn’t worth how much I paid for.

The Rebuilt Recovery program was a life changing experience for me. I had always struggled with my addiction to pornography, and I was looking for a way out. The program provided me with that opportunity. Throughout the program, we were given resources and exercises to do at home. These helped me to reflect on my triggers and behaviors, and also helped me to stay accountable.

The program was not just about quitting porn, but it was about healing from the wounds that led to the addiction. I learned a lot about myself and my relationships. I am now better equipped to maintain healthy relationships and stay away from porn.
