Poor services ever.I have a very bad experience. I bought a mobile phone from rebuy and sent it fully packed in original box to replace the display glass. But they sent it back to me in a normal box without changing the glass and with some plastic tape on it. Not only did I send the box and warrenty all the details but I contacted the company management and customer service several times but I have not been given any reply or solution.

very nice until you have to deal with cusomer service, phone number doesn't work, never read and replies emails.
bought a fitbit sport watch, didn't worked properly at the first day, I ask to be refund but they are organise in a way you can't communicate with them, they predend doing their job by sending a replacement device but I don't wan't that I just want my money .
NEVER GIVE THEM ANAY MONEY YOU WON4T SEE IT BACK IN CASE OF PROBLEM

Stole one of the two phones I sent, claiming it was never in the box even tho I snapped a pictume of the box before sending it. Didn't have a choice, I had to cancel one of the phone to at least get my money for the second one that was obviously the cheaper one. Stay away from those stealing rats.

Great communication during the transaction
Send in an item (mobile Phone) for them to review and maybe sell to them.
They were very transparent about the process and why it was declined in the end. They even recyceled it for me.

Sent the package from France to Germany.
Delivery was fast and went without any issues.
The evaluation was done in a few days and the price was respected.
Every step is very well documented and you are informed by email every time.
Money received in 3-4 days.

They tell you a price... Once they receive everything you have priced with them, they divide by 2. This is a scam.
