From Canada, I order and chose shipping with duties/taxes paid by Recall. The order was shipped within one day and was delivered within 5 business days (all the way to western Canada). Everything went smoothly and I would certainty order again!

I had been looking for a specific coat from Japan that had sold out everywhere. Well, almost everywhere. Recall had the item in stock, and in my size. They also had a nice selection of denim, so I picked up a pair of those too. Delivery was via UPS and arrived well.

It is nice to see a store these days which is not just the mainstream full range from the usual brands, but a chosen subset which I think works well.

Luca is a very accommodating and reliable store owner. Very kind and honest, he made me a favour and sent the ordered items by UPS, which made the delivery much faster and easier. All items from the Web store are of high quality and reflect real value for the money invested. Good communication on questions about sizing and details about product. I live in Scotland and the whole buying process was easy. Ordered product on the Thursday night and received parcel the following Wednesday noon. Delivery report from UPS and updates on tracking. Even got a 2hr window on delivery time.
