Translation did not work as described

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry this didn’t work for you.

Just to clarify, after translation is finished, you should be able to export the subtitles as an SRT file. In the export step, there are options to download the translated video, audio only, or the SRT subtitles.

If the SRT option didn’t appear or the file wasn’t generated, something likely went wrong during processing. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.
