SCAM

I paid 59 PLN for a "Consultation with E-Prescription" to get a prescription for Mounjaro KwikPen 10 mg — 3 pens for 3 months of chronic use.

At the very beginning of the phone call, before any medical consultation took place, the doctor informed me that the service does not issue prescriptions for more than 1 package. This is an internal organizational rule that is not mentioned anywhere on the website — I only learned about it after paying.

No medical consultation occurred: no medical interview, no health assessment, no recommendations. I did not receive a prescription.

I requested a refund. The service refused, claiming that "the consultation was conducted" and that "the doctor offered an alternative (1 package)." This is false — the doctor did not suggest this as a medical recommendation based on an examination, but simply communicated the service's blanket policy before the consultation even began. The service also falsely claimed in correspondence that I requested "12 packages for a year," when in fact I asked for 3 pens for 3 months.

NOTE: Their terms state that paying for a consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Fair enough. But there's a difference between a consultation that doesn't result in a prescription, and charging for a service that was never performed while refusing a refund based on false claims.

I filed a chargeback with my bank.
