If I could give less than 1* I would.

If I could give less than 1* I would.
Filthy room booked via jet2. Smell of sewers, ants crawling on all surfaces, inside bedding, no storage space, boiler inside cupboard in room,
Dead insects smeared on mirrors, unknown smears on walls, human hair on walls,
Told to leave to allow reception staff to clean (unsociable hours)
Items strewn on floor after “clean”.
Dismissive and rude staff.
Cases left behind reception desk until room was ready, found unzipped and staff told me to look and see if anything missing in a mocking tone!
