Good service better on the 30th next day as took at advice as emailed
Good advice and very well thought out program to use on service.
I've used both email and the new way .
I have to say unless you have time to sit and do texts quickly email is best as then.you can give all details not just in a rush .
However the way things are gong all apps and banks are linked to HMRC any way and perhaps this is may be safer way of keeping others out but after having fraud via Facebook and then into my phone and apps like Halifax and three I'm.not taking any chances of sharing all info on line .
As anpr and big brother is linked all over this country and world .
I've shut down various apps and what's app. This is my preference and once bitten twice shy .
Although if you want to keep apps and keep sharing details on these platforms then the people who must be sharing info could already work with in the places of work .
So reclaim.have s done a great job for me however make sure you have the money to pay back there hard work even if set in.instalments .
They will help .
Much better up date on system.especially if you advise by email your period of work as the HMRC tracks your work and linked to bank account .
So thank you ladies and gentlemen and every one inbetween thank you for helping me by email and 're sending the app on the 30th of April

Avoid this company
Trying to claim my own personal tax refund ( which I was getting anyway!) Did not get any ppi back on tax. Now handed me to debt collectors.
