About Recognized Recognized was founded in 2022 by Freddie Pullen. He left a career in product management and corporate consulting, where he ran projects worth hundreds of millions of pounds for a £4bn media group and worked with brands like Amex, Oracle, Amazon and The Times. A car crash made him rethink what he was building his life around. He left to help experts build businesses on their own terms. Today Recognized works with coaches, consultants and service business owners who are great at what they do but don’t yet have the brand or the systems to match. We start by finding the one bottleneck holding growth back. Then we build what’s needed to break through it: a personal brand people trust, content that brings in the right clients, and a funnel and sales process that turns attention into revenue predictably.
