We have not received any billing yet for Jan-March, which will drastically mess up our budget. We've had dozens of skipped/missed pickups with no communication, the local rep is very unhelpful and often tells me wrong information about their policy, when I call them they have a very hard time even finding our profile even with the correct address and account number even.
Overall a very very unprofessional poor service received. I cannot recommend them.

How difficult does this need to be? Can't pay through their payment service. Yet all the problems that come with not paying still occur yet with all kinds of scam-like billing mistakes. Nobody knows anything and that goes beyond the usual customer service nonsense. No such thing as bulky item pickup/curbside anything what so ever.

We pay for once a month garbage pick up, but the garbage is Not consistently picked up. There seems to be a lack of concern about any follow up, once the report is recorded with the answering service.
