I can’t believe I waited to “set-a-side” or “Expunge” my record, if you are debating on whether or not to do so, don’t wait it’s given me a fresh start from a foolish mistake I did while graduating high school. The process takes a few months, but all through the process with Higbee & Associates either the Case Manager or Attorney that has been assigned to your case is updating you on the process and what step needs to be taken next. All my emails that I sent were answered within 24 hours and explained to me in laymen’s term and very professional. My case was held Arizona and sure I could have retained an Arizona Firm but did some background research and all good references lead me back to Higbee & Assoicates. I would definitely recommend Higbee & Associates to clear your record through Recordgone and opt for the Expedited Record Clearance believe me it’s all worth it!

Successful resolution but it took longer than I anticipated - 3 months. Also, at the court date the court discovered more fines that needed to be paid that I would have thought the attorney would have discovered before the court date and thereby avoided the delay
