Seems like a great ice pack option, but I can't get them to actually fulfill an order. I tried ordering from their website and ended up disputing the charge after a month with no shipping confirmation and no one responding to my inquiries. I then tried ordering through Amazon and Amazon canceled the order when it hadn't shipped in over a week.
Purchased a cryosleeve, which worked great for just a couple days over a month. Just outside of their return policy, but theoretically within their warranty. However, customer service won't even respond, super disappointing experience. UPDATE: customer service still never responded but did end up sending a new cryosleeve to replace the one that stopped working
