They saved my life! No words to describe how helpful they were in helping me recover my cell phone. It was in the water for more than 24 hours and still worked.

Even on Easter Sunday Recovery Divers were able to get my friends phone that fell into the canals of Utrecht out of the water! Thank you so much to you, and your promptness & efforts! Saved my friend a lot of money!!!

We had a great experience with RecoveryDivers. Communication was quick and easy, and within minutes they approved our request. Marja immediately drove from Rotterdam to Harlingen (about 200 km) and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

They were very professional and got the job done quickly. The price was more than fair, and afterwards Marja also gave us helpful advice on how to dry the car keys and other important tips.

They truly saved us within just a few hours and spared us a lot of time, money, and stress. Highly recommended!

Marja and Jochem were great to work with. I dropped my phone during lunch in Leiden, and was able to use my husband’s phone to reach out on WhatsApp- We had a meeting time figured out in moments, planning to meet in the evening.

Marja made the process as smooth as possible, and ended up finding my phone and attached wallet on her second dive. She provided instructions and a plastic bag with silica gels and 12 hours later, my phone was good as new. Thank you so much team!

Recovery Divers were professional, informative and so kind! They responded to my Whatsapp request within 5 minutes and scheduled a meet and dive to retrieve my phone in under 24 hours. I was vacationing with two friends and my phone was the only cell that had internet and international service. Immediately upon meeting them, they did everything exactly as they had explained on the phone - they were safe and thorough. They assessed the situation before diving in and every promise they made - they kept! They found my phone and it would work - and they did and it does! They even provided me with supplies to help dry my phone out over the next 24 hours - highly recommend!

Recovery Divers are amazing! I contacted them in the morning and got an appointment for 19:00 the same day — after waiting two weeks for replies from other volunteer organizations. They went into the water and found my daughter’s iPhone in just 15 minutes, 4 meters down in a canal in Leiden! They gave us a recovery kit and great advice on how to save the phone. They were incredibly nice and professional — I highly recommend this organization!

I was travelling from Norway with a friend and was really dependent on my phone to get back home. I lost my phone in the canal at around 4pm, and found out about this company and called them around 6pm. Right before 9 they were at my location and found my phone in less than 5 minutes! My phone came back up as good as new. The two guys that helped me were efficient and really kind. Even though it was not the most fun loosing my phone in the water, the fact that it survived actually made this one of the highlights of our trip🤣

The team were incredible! I was absolutely gutted when my phone fell out of my pocket as I cycled to work, and toppled into the canal....

I contacted the team, and they were very responsive. we organised a time to meet at the canal and for them to try and recover it.

It took a few laps of the area with the metal detector in the dark (10pm), but after about 30 mins, the diver emerged holding my phone - AND it was working! After 1 hours of being submerged. AMAZING.

We rented a houseboat at Ijdijk.
As we left to visit the City of Amsterdam, my daughter stumbled and “splash” her phone fell into the water. She was devastated but our landlord gave us the number of “Recovery Divers”. We couldn’t believe it as they told us that they would help us. We made an appointment at 9.0 PM and right on time Marja arrived. She was very kind and tried to find out where the phone fell into the water. She searched but couldn’t find the phone where we had excepted it to be. Instead of giving up she tried it with the metall detector and after approximately 45 Minutes she finally found the phone and it still worked. My daughter was very happy and thankful. So if you need something to be found in the water try “Recovery Divers” if they don’t find it I think it can’t be found. Special thanks to Marja for not giving up.

They helped us in a very bad situation and the whole action was real quick and that even on a sunday morning. We appreciate the help and thank u a lot for diving and find out key in the water!

The loveliest guys in the world!! We dropped a phone into the canal in Amsterdam! They came to help as soon as they could (with other jobs between us). Very kind and professional- these guys have seen it all!
They even gave Silica Gel packets and a bag to put the phone in to help it recover. Very informative and eased our stress. A great service and the divers are volunteers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
