Amazing support and very professional team

You have to wait DAYS for your key even after you already gave them your money. They just let you wait and wait.
Terrible customer service. In Discord nobody answers. Nothing. People are online but no replies no help no information absolutely nothing.
Yeah sure maybe there are other customers ordering stuff but that is NOT an excuse to let people wait days for a key they already PAID for. It’s not that complicated.
If you buy from them ONLY buy from the website NEVER from the Discord unless you like waiting forever.

Yes, it's Christmas and all, but I've been waiting a very long time now because I had to buy it via Discord since the website doesn't accept my card, for whatever reason. I can use my card with every other reseller, just not here. I bought it through a ticket and still haven't received a key. Very disappointing. 1 star. I hope the key finally arrives soon.

The worst shop to buy cheats,i tried to bought by debit card stand regular on sunday night and again on tuesday night at 8 pm, before at 12am on tuesday i opend a ticket to comunicate the problem,but there was no response.In the end i bought cherax from another market.In resumen this store leak from profesionalism by the web being coded so wrong that u cant even buy and the response speed is as slow as a kindergardener riding a bike.My recomendation is that u shouldnt buy from this store.And btw my card worked fine on another store.
