Provides excellent relief to my damaged ankles and feet (soft tissue dsmage),also relieves slight rheumatic pain.

What a sham! Have purchased one full size and a trial size of Injury time Cryotherapy gel in June. Thied it and sadly it didnt work for me.

I have followed the return instructions specified on the web (filled out the web form) and as haven't received confirmation of the web form submission, I have sent an email to the specified email address. As I haven't heard from anyone for 2 weeks, I have sent a follow-up email to which I have received a response from Mike Mockford (Founder). After several back-and-forth messages, I have finally received return instructions which I have followed to the letter.
Even though my returned package has been received on 22nd August, to this day I haven't received the refund and Mike has gone unresponsive. How very unprofessional!

The product is really good, however I was not pleased with the parcel being left behind the bin, they could have left with a neighbour and left a calling card

Products are good and effective. Delivery was quick.

However, sent emails asking about other products I have used in the past, ‘body’ cream, and got no response.

I have fibromyalgia when I tried the injury time, it actually transformed my life 👍 amazing stuff , it hello me no end with muscle pain relief

Product arrived damaged - emailed as soon as received to enquire about getting a replacement pump - no reply
Emailed again - no reply
Emailed again - still no reply 🥴
Maybe on their holidays - but wish they’d put an out of office message so we know !!

Such a shame that their after sales service does not match their product - which seems to work .

Excellent product.
Packaging was coming loose though, and the parcel was left on the front door step instead of a more discreet or safe place by the side door.
It could easily have been stolen.

Once again my order was delivered promptly ( a day earlier than stated) as promised. An excellent product at a reasonable price 👍

Had a problem with stock then delivery date was changed but was kept informed all the way by email plus some extra cream by way of apology which I felt was very good customer service. I was even offered a refund if I chose not to wait. All in all I would rate the service first class.

Delivery slower than expected, but after I’ve emailed the company and to which they replied it a very swift manner to explain the problems they were having with shipment.
My order turned up today with some extra gifts

At the moment I can only give one star as it’s been two weeks since I ordered a product and I’ve still yet to receive it.

Rather disappointed with the customer service this time which is a shame as i ordered the samples to try first and was really impressed so decided to buy the bigger version,but i had to chase my order which hadn't arrived until today after a week of ordering and received no correspondence and what i did order isn't in an aluminium bottle as featured on the company's website where i ordered it from and my order has come from Amazon (which i don't have account with) and not The Recovery Room themselves so I'm rather confused if the product i now actually have is the genuine article 😕
