The relief I get from this gel is amazing, I have osteoporosis in my back and although I still have to workout to keep my bones strong as sitting for to long is not good as I get a aching back... This gel is apart from being amazing helps any pain or ache I have, I cannot take tablet pain relief because of tummy issues, this product has been a life line well worth trying and the small tins are great I keep one with me and I can use it anytime during the day, and refill them from my larger tin... Magic gel find very happy...
