Thank you for the product

Thank you for the product, Recruitee is really helpful and convenient to use, I love all the features. One thing that was a small issue for me: when I tried to edit the job description, it didn't save the changes and returned all back (e.g. if I deleted some spaces and clicked save, the spaces were back). But if I clicked save button for a few times in a row, it helped.

Time Wasting Money Stealing Trap

Our Recruitee account is new with only 2 job posts, not a single candidate profile, not a single message was sent from the account. Today we received an email “Your account has been deleted because our spam alerts were triggered” THEY ARE WASTING OUR TIME! IT’s STEALING MONEY BECAUSE TIME IS MONEY FOR US. At least hire a good programmer and make something of quality. ABSOLUTE LOW CLASS TIME WASTING TRAP. Time is money, avoid this company. NOW F…. WE SHOULD NOT WORRY ABOUT THE SALES AND COMPANY OPERATIONS AND WORRY ABOUT OUR ACCOUNTS AND VALUABLE DATA GETTING DELETED, RIGHT? Please avoid companies like this time wasting trap.

Totally not recommended, inacceptable "customer support"

We cancelled our account with recruitee.com because we no longer needed the product. Several weeks after the cancellation confirmation and also the confirmation that all data had been deleted, we received an invoice and debit for a new billing period.

Customer service is not available by phone. By mail they answer quickly, but they are obviously instructed to stall the customer. The request is not processed. There is neither a confirmation of cancellation nor a cancellation of the incorrect invoice. Instead, reference is made to canceling the allegedly still active plan in the no longer existing account itself.

We will have to clarify this matter with a lawyer and the data protection commissioner of the Netherlands as its not possible with the other contract party.

This company is a prime example of poor management, where the bottom line is that poorly selected processes and employees cause extra work and costs on both sides.

Recruitee has been the best system we've tried

I have loved adopting Recruitee after trying 3 other applicant systems in 2 years. This is the one we are sticking with! We are a smaller tech company with less than 15 openings at all times, their middle plan is perfect for us - and reasonably priced. Their UI and UX are stellar - even our Design Director agreed so.

Everyone I've interacted with from the US sales and CS team has been very great. The one thing, they ask for a lot of feedback - but they are growing and typically really listen to you.

I would absolutely recommend Recruitee over it's competitors.

Unhelpful and difficult

Every interaction I've had with this company has been frustrating and prolonged. They're so unhelpful and their attitude towards going the extra mile for a customer doesn't exist. Their support response times are abysmal, and you get handed from pillar to post before you even get a straight answer.

They make everything difficult and make it sound as if there is never anything they can do to help you. Things like adding an admin, or closing an account should be easy if you can prove you work for an org, but Recruitee make it as hard as possible for you; with silly suggestions like reactivating past employee emails and rifling through them for login details...

I would not recommend them, and I will never personally adopt their platform again.

OVERPRICED and UNCOOL APPROACH

A very uncool sales approach. I have spoken to many companies but the conversation with this company (Hello Barry) was tragic. The complacency and infatuation with themselves, the belief that they are unimaginable made a terrible impression.

We were super positive about use recruitee.com (Beata was a great preson to talk with!), but the prices seemed WAY out of line. To say OVERPICED is to say nothing. It's a good thing I read the reviews as it shows that this is unfortunately not the only problem (read below about problems with downgrade plans, only cash-taking attiudte, nicer features fo 1000 Euro! etc.)

Barry has encouraged me to use another ATS as this one seems too expensive, which I am happy to do! The tone of the discussion, the arrogance confirmed to me that I do not want to work with them.

Money driven and don't care about customer satisfactino

In their values they say they are customer-obsessed: but they price themselves well out of the market without giving quality in return.

Very little pricing flexibility - basically they got me commited to an annual contract and are now trying to squeeze every penny. I want to increase my job slots to just temporarily add 2 more jobs, and they bluntly inform me it will cost 827 euro!!

The UX is rather OK, although every somewhat nice feature requires a more expensive plan.

Only money-driven it seems, with no eye for a long term partnership or happy customers.

Very disappointing service

Very disappointing service. Our company has an account. I have reached out a few months ago to try to get access to the account. I mentioned that the person who used the account is no longer working for the company, I have limited access because I am in the finance team. I need full access urgent because we need to add new staff to the tool so we could use it. No on in Recruitee is helping us. I was told t go back to the person who is no longer with our organization?? Not good service AT ALL sadly. I again reached out via the web chat, a gentleman with the initial L (I know I cannot mention his full name) just came to tell me he is very busy and will get to me when he can. 25 mins later several messages to check when he can help me and still nothing. Not a single person has tried to give us access to our account? Why is that? How can we go to the person who is no longer in our company to set us up?

Good ATS!

PRO:
- User friendly
- You can manage each job opportunity with great ease
- You can automize lots of steps and processes (automatic and massive email, templates etc)
- You can automatically post up to 12 job boards!

CONS:
- The "Work with us" sections should have more flexible customizable options. Plus, the section showing there your HQs are has maps that are just too big (this is a problem when you have more than a few HQs).

Honestly

Honestly, does everything it's supposed to. I'm personally not a power user but as one of the people responsible for hiring new people and collaborating with other people in that process, I find it very helpful in tracking all changes in the hiring process.

Superb recruitment application

I've had a look at Recruitee a month ago when I was looking around for ATS systems on behalf of my current company. I must say that I was happily surprised right from the start and was very pleased with the apparent intuitiveness of the platform. There is no pain in creating ads and tracking applications, even for people that are not internet power users.

What I loved most of all:
* Cost-based pricing. No nonsense, no "contact us", straight up pricing per ad.
* Customized hiring pipeline per ad. Each department has its own needs and different hiring stages and Recruitee allows you to create a custom pipeline for each different case.
* Reports to keep track of the hiring pipeline progress and stats.
* I am particularly pleased with the careers page feature. Within hours, I was able to create our own unique careers page with their simple page designer, add our own DNS record for it and add Google Analytics code to track visits.

I unreservedly recommend Recruitee to anyone that is looking for an ATS.
