Excellent! I work in hot countries & use these during and after being in the field all day, they help me hydrate faster and stop me feeling sick after the long days! Flavours are great & they’re not over priced like many rehydration salts are!

Was given sample mixed berry & orange, training for middle distance triathlon, lot of other rehydration drinks I feel are sickly after a longer distance. I’ve done a few longer distances using Recuperol and so far it’s been fantastic, not found it sweet at all.

I have been using recuperol for nearly 5 months. I started mounjaro and wanted to make sure I stayed hydrated. I take one every day and absolutely swear by them. The cherry is my favourite. Really happy and re-order monthly 😊

I used recuperol in my water bottles during the 65 mile etape loch Ness cycle event. It's tasty and I felt great. No issues with cramp during the event and my recovery after seemed quick. great company to deal with.
