I purchased from this site and not long after, my credit card had fraudulent purchases from overseas scam companies. This was the only site I used my card with… somehow they either were hacked or sold my details.

Help user to choose proper bus operator and a lot of discount and full of information like the amenities, service, schedule and has the cancellation policy

I am so disappointed with their customer service. I claimed for a refund because I need to change the date for my ticket. I tried to reschedule but the ticket is not available and can’t be rescheduled. After submitting my request for refund, my request was denied with no explanation or reasonable reason. I wanted to send an email to pursue this matter further,but the email address they provided is not found! I was exasperated. The ticket bus is not cheap. It cost me RM50, and they don’t have any courtesy to reach out to me, and just let my money went to waste. I am so disappointed.

Bad service. Bus from JB to Putrajaya in 20th June stopped at Kulai to pick up passengers and stopped at Seremban and KLIA to drop them off. Reached Putrajaya at 6.30pm, way past the posted time of 5pm. Bus company is Southern. Never buy from red bus again

Worst customer service, worst site NEVER BOOK from REDBUS!!

Their refundable option is a scam , they wont refund .. when i call customer service they had block my number even after using another phone. They blocked it as well. Unhelpful. I was left stranded on the streets and i had wasted money on 4 extra tickets just because of redbus ! Dont ever book from redbus

Booked and paid extra for a 100% refundable option, which as we have now gotten to know is not possible.
1. you need a certification of a doctor that you really were not able to travell
2. they only can refund to some particular banks, unfortunately not any of ours

Refundable Option is an absolute scam!

You buy a ticket with these, then still have to buy a boarding pass at the bus station

Bulls**t. Provide a refund but cannot do so. Stupid! Tnc is bulls*t! Refundable is refundable for whatever reason. I ask for a refund 1 week prior.

Booked RedBus for my return trip to Singapore from Kuala Lumpur, and from Singapore back to Kuala Lumpur after. Bus was cancelled from KL to Singapore with no reminder or information given, card was charged for the trip. Tried to cancel the return trip from Singapore to KL since I wasn't in Singapore, failed because they said no cancellation of return trip. Wrote in, called in, nobody responded and there was no refund for the non-existent trip. It was a complete scam. Ridiculous.

Worst Customer Service Experience ever!!!
I just recently speak with one of their agent namely “Salmon” very rude and kept on interrupting what I’m going to say. My only concern is that, I needed a refund of my money, though, I know it’s now under your TNC but how come they were able to refund my first cancellation with the same refund I had on the same day and on the same booking? I will never be this concern if I only lost RM10. PLEASE TEACH YOUR AGENTS TO HAVE A PROPER ETIQUETTE OF TALKING TO CUSTOMERS!!

I been traveling a lot.. by far this is the best app for bus booking. Cheapest and responsive customer service. Bus was delay but their customers service call and inform me earlier compare to other app customer service they not even pickup my call.

Too many times I call, but still nobody pickup the phone 😠 .

I want to share my bad experience with REDBUS & AEROBUS. Travel from Hat Yai, Thailand to Genting Highland, Malaysia.

I was in Good Morning Travel Agent (Hat Yai) at 09.30 which I should go there to get the Aerobus. The departure time is 10.00 am.
You know what? The office was Closed!Also no one waited for me in front of the office! And no one can be called.

That’s so chaos. 

So the Grab driver tried to help me to called the Travel Agent. But no one answered the phone!

After that we went to Alisan Travel Agent. And we asked some help from them to contact Good Morning Agent. That was until 11 am and no called from Aerobus!!!?

I was so worried because from Hat Yai to Genting Highland took 11 hours. And it is so far away. Also I worried if it is hard to find car to go upstair from TBS Malaysia to Genting. Also I travelled with many small children and old people. We are all 9 person.
Can you imagine that??

That's why I bought new tickets at 10.30 am with Alisan.
Still at that time no call from Aerobus either Good Morning Travel Agent!?

What if you are at my position?

At around 11 am an operator from Aerobus called me and asked to picked my family in Changlun, Malaysia. That was too late!
I have bought 6 expensive tickets in amount of 5400 BATH. And you asked me to travelled with you?! Are you kidding me?

After reach Malaysia I sent email to Redbus but they don’t want to give my money back. The total is RM 680.

Until now I don’t get my Refund from them. Totally not recommended to travel with Redbus and Aerobus. Never use those company to your holiday!

Never booked from this site ever ..trust me

I boarded RedBus from TBS in KL to Singapore and the journey lasted 7hrs, with waits, delays bus change. It ended badly as the Driver left me behind at the immigration stop in Singapore with no plans for getting me to my final destination.

I will not recommend their services.

I have booked a ticket from Singapore to Hat Yai with RedBus. The money the were deducted from my card, but I received an email that the bus was cancelled by the operator and that I would get my money back if I provided my details for a refund. I did just that, sent several emails to RedBus and called them two times, but all in vain! It’s been 10 months ago and I haven’t received my refund.

RedBus, if you consider yourself a legit company and not a bunch of thieves, refund me my money and don’t give me your standard reply. Ticket MY17CF3636906 and support ticket 103885929.

Redbus, please reply on my email. I have asked your support team to send me a confirmation of the refund transfer from your bank.

More bus journeys than other booking sites.
However, discounts are not direct unlike competitors, they only refund upto 10% as rebus credit.

i bought SKB seremban to kuantan via redbus but the bus company said no bus on that date or time

today i bought twice SKB via redbus kuantan to seremban, twice maybank2u transaction failed. i called 4 times the operator pick up but the voice was distant and cant hear very well. my maybank2u was deducted.

THEY NEVER CALL BACK AND NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY.
