We're very concerned hearing this. There are many factors that go into your credit score and determine the outcome such as credit card utilization, new accounts, etc. We mail a detailed welcome packet to your house breaking all of these things down to you to help educate you on what you can do on your end to help facilitate the process of improving your credit. We would love the opportunity to talk with you and discuss the factors that determine your credit scores and what we can do moving forward to better improve them!
