Actually took off my shadow-ban since my account was breached. Given that I don't pay them, that's a great service.
Reddit is really useful, I only give 4 'cause they are a bit censoring and biased.

One of the most vile platforms online

One of the most vile platforms online. Their sinister karma system is like the social credit system in the PRC, and encourages groupthink pile-ons, and discourages dissent and general discourse. Woe betide disagreeing with anyone on here, or more pointedly, becoming unpopular for not sharing the same opinion as a consensus on a particular topic.

I think this app should be banned for…

I think this app should be banned for its aggressive behavior towards those who try to use it. It is an app where every word written is tracked. In the name of a freedom that doesn't exist, this app censors everything you write and sometimes you get banned for an illusory reason. I don't recommend anyone to waste their time with this useless app.

REDDIT DONT ALLOW FREE SPEECH.

I wanted to post a review on Reddit a few days ago referring to my experience on ALI EXPRESS. On no occasion was bad language used, I was very articulate in expressing my distain on how Ali Express treat there customer. Even the Ali Express representative informed me that all accounts or customers are NOT treated equally. Upon reporting this on Reddit they subsequently banned me from writing a review for ALI EXPRESS . So just to inform you that the promise of a free voice or opinion on this platform REDDIT is NOT allowed. ( No free speech. ). Thank goodness Trust pilot are there to provide a platform that provides free speech. Shame on you Reddit.

My experience using Reddit platform

A vast majority people and moderators on Reddit dot com are toxic immature people, some of you really don’t know how to control there temper, think you’re better than everyone else and don’t know how to form relationships with people. Please go and seek therapy.

They permanently banned my account and…

They permanently banned my account and I dont even know why? They said theyd give a warning, but I dont remember receiving one. I sent them a request to check and see if I was actually guilty. Its been 24 hours.

You will also get a ton of haters. I know because I wrote an uneducated response and 37 downvotes came. Someone insulted my mental health and called me ignorant. If they really had been traumatized, they should have gone to a different sub about it and found a therapist.

Thought policing by hypersensitive mods

Must be the 3rd time already that I have had my account suspended for 3 days by a mentally ill mod.

I can dispute the suspension which eventually gets overturned but why should I keep having to? The Reddit system does not even tell you which particular message you are trying to dispute so how are you even supposed to know what silly little thing hurt some delicate little flowers feelings?

The last mod permanently banned me from an entire bodybuilding community because I advised someone to work on their calf muscles. I called the mod who banned me a snowflake and now my account is suspended for 3 days further proving what a snowflake this mod is.

Reddit needs to stop allowing mods with fragile egos to dictate what others are allowed to think and say. The tiny bit of power goes straight to their heads and they abuse it. Who are these mods and who allows them to control other peoples messages anyway?

Awful system. Even Youtube isn't this bad!

Edit : Yet again my ban has just been lifted as I was not in violation of Reddits rules. What a shocker...

An UBER Toxic cesspit of dysfunctional, damaged people

Probably one of the most Toxic spaces on the internet. The clue is users with 17k+ posts who are Toxic to the point of being, I think dangerous to others. Being behind a keyboard safe in their homes = no responsibility for your actions. I am glad that I had the strength to acknowledge what this cesspit was early on, delete my profile and account and move on with my life but that is the privilege of being a secure grounded and strong adult. I really fear for vulnerable, insecure and impressionable young people who go into this cesspit and do not have the life experience to comprehend how horrifically dysfunctional & Toxic it is, to the point of being a danger to vulnerable people. If you have kids DO NOT LET them anywhere near this space on the internet.

I really thought I would get some…

I really thought I would get some decent advice. Turned out I got quite a lot of haters!!! Felt anxious about a situation and it was made worse by some of the comments I got back. Granted one I read got removed. Don't think I will use again or recommend if today's experience is the norm.
