We welcome all to come and worship with us, grow in the faith, and serve our neighbors in the Lawrence area with the mercy of Christ. We rejoice to live in the reality of the death and resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ by which our sins are covered, the devil is defeated, and death is conquered. I owe a big thanks to Redeemer Lutheran Church. I have 2 kids that were in Lawrence attending the University of Kansas for a total of 6 years. The church was a key tool for my kids surviving and thriving. Redeemer staff cared for my children with food for the soul and body.
Redeemer has a sizeable group of college students along with people at all stages of life. Pastor Kilgo is welcoming but not overbearing. It's a great place to hear God's word. Beautiful traditional music.
