purchased one month package, money deducted ! and recevied below mail and not able to access my account !

I purchased the annual package, but till yesterday to now, i cannot access REDFAX DASHBOARD. I tried my best to call the support also send the emails, no one is answering the calls, no one is responding to emails. I purchased the annual package about 15days ago. Now i need to send faxes but have no access to dashboard.

They will charge your card without giving you access to the platform. If you lay down your complaints. They will want you to give them your card details. Be very careful or outrightly run away to avoid stories that touch the heart.

The worst customer service ever. When I called the customer service to discuss about my fax services with them, the guy picks up the phone and kept silent like I was calling a private number or something. I repeated by saying hello a couple of times then only then he said hello back. When I asked him if this was business or a private line then he hung up me like I was intruding. Redfox has poor customer service and exhibits rude behaviors, immaturity, and lacks professionalism towards its customers and this reflects bad business model on Redfox. I'm sorry but I won't do business with this company anymore.

When sending multiple faxes, I always get a "failed" message. Also, I'm always getting an error message on my screen while waiting for faxes to transmit. Tis is very annoying. I was liking the service at first but now I'm not so sure. I'm looking into getting another service.

Redfax is an awesome and superb app, I was actually looking for a very cheap and affordable fax number, where I can send and also receive faxes, and redfax not only provided me with the number, but also at a very affordable rate $4.99 for 600 pages a month, gosh that is awesome, and I can also choose from my own area code, and it delivers fax in seconds, I really appreciate redfax for saving me from dire situation, thanks.

Switched from another company to Redfax and we are very pleased to say the least. They pick up the phone if you need help, which in itself is awesome. We were able to port our number in quickly from our previous fax provider and end the nightmare they put us through.
